Very clean location with a larger food selection than I expected. Fresh and frozen. Organized and easy to find things.

Yeah I gotta admit dollar tree ain't what it used to be. Prices are much higher than a dollar and it seemed a bit disheveled inside. Plenty of parking. Long lines. Next to a Good Will store that may have more things at a better bargain. read more

I was shopping at the dollar tree on sawdust road I was looking for laundry detergent and this is what I found. This store is usually pretty clean but now is looks as if they have a problem at this point. I now know why it has such an awful smell when you enter the store. read more

It's a dollar tree, it's gross, it only has one employee per every 1000 customers, the manager is somehow the worst employee, and it smells bad. I've never been into a dollar tree that was any other way. It'd be nice to see someone care about how the store looks but I guess that's the price of everything being $1.25. If it helps, I'm pretty sure the employees are trained on how to start a fight so if there's a problem just let them know, then suit up for a world class argument. Also, I love having the literal manger throw my canned items into the bag denting them to hell. I also love how when I asked her to stop she just gave me a nice stare down before continuing to do as she please. This place is awful, but they have cheap Tupperware so it balances out. read more

I am giving this dollar tree a low rating for a few reasons. The first reason is we live in southeast Texas. Southeast Texas is not only hot between late March through December, it's HUMID. Like put in your snorkel and goggles wet HUMID. This store's air conditioner is always broken!! The second reason is for the for Third world deplorable restroom! If I wasn't going to rupture my bladder, I would have ran from this literal s#%}hole! How much effort does it take to slap some paint on the mildew and urine covered walls, scrub the floors add some dollar tree soap and a paper towel dispenser? If this is representative of this store's cleanliness, don't buy anything without wiping it down with straight bleach!! Went to the dollar tree today on sawdust in Spring Tx. I had the worst experience ever. I asked the manager of the store for a product and she said because the product was so small she had a problem looking for it. I put all my other products back and left the store. The worst experience ever. If this is costumer service. Dollar Tree you don't have a clue. I don't recommend this store to anyone. read more

They had a line with 12 customers, yet only ONE cashier. I asked another employee if they could open another register. Her response was "I'll be there in a little bit". I waited patiently by one of the closed registers (which happened to be the one she went to). She announced and emphasized that she'd take the NEXT that was in line. She told me to wait behind the others. I reminded her that I was the one that requested her assistance. She didn't care. Running a store efficiently I not rocket science. The poor kid checking out should've asked for help.....but this manager should've SEEN that he needed help. I'll take my business elsewhere until they can manage the basics of customer service/running a store. read more

I like Dollar Tree. More often than not, you can find great items that can be used for crafting or little trinkets to take on trips to give to younger children, cleaning products, household items and even a freezer/cooler area of food items plus a dry goods section. During the Christmas holidays, I am always able fill up a box with items for a ministry at a reasonable cost. This year for under $15, I bought really cute books, a doll that had no removable parts and really quite nice and just a good overall variety of age appropriate items. Dollar Tree inventory differs from store to store, but they always have a great selection of seasonal items. Great place to buy gift bags and cards, all year long. read more

Dollar tree has a reputation of having only one cashier working even when the line is a mile long and this location is no exception, though they do tend to do a better job from other ones I've been to. Terri however is the an angel. She always has a positive attitude regardless of the pressure of the long lines and makes sure to check you out quickly but without the feeling of being rushed out the door. Her pleasant conversations makes the checking out process with ease. I hope management praises her efficiency and friendliness. read more

It's a shame this is the only dollar store in the area. They should really reconsider their management. The "manager" completely ignored me several times when I needed assistance with balloons. I waited for several minutes before I could FINALLY get an employees attention. Then I was told I have to get in the check out line for balloons. Wish the manager could have taken 2 seconds to acknowledge me at least one of the times she walked by. Maybe they should put a sign up with instructions since they just completely ignore their customers. Horrible customer service. read more

You definitely get what you pay for at the store. They certainly don't believe in service. I can't even get a "thank you" at the checkout. Store was a disaster on Wednesday afternoon. Very evident that store management and company leadership doesn't care about their customers!!! read more

Horrible. There have been many times when I have come into thIs store and shelves are out of much needed products. Today was one of those days. However, in addition to bare shelves there was only one cashier available while two associates sat in the office and talked. When I knocked on the door and asked when shelves would be restocked I was told that "the truck came earlier today they will be restocked by tomorrow". SMH. So items such as detergent and toilet tissue at 5:30 in the evening are not important enough to be restocked until the next day while two associates sit in an office and talk. Okay. SMH. read more

I came into this dollar tree looking for a specific item that I saw on a dollar tree haul video on you tube. Unfortunately it was not in stock... but I was able to find some other goodies! Dollar tree is largely hit or miss depending on... you guessed it. Location, location, location! This store is fairly big and there is a large selection. Large parking lot and prices you can't beat! How do they do it?! I found most of the items were stocked well, and shelves were fairly neat as well. Staff were around to ask for assistance. I would stop by again if I am in the neighborhood. Also helps that this store is right next to Hobby Lobby! Although I did not see a good sticker collection... perhaps they need to restock that aisle? Plenty of party supplies in the back; a wall full of cups, plates, utensils of different shapes and color themes! That's the way to go! Go to dollar tree! read more

I guess this place is what you would expect for a Dollar store. I come here about once a month and get workbooks and crafts for my kids. It's a great place to stock up on greeting cards, party supplies, and holiday decor. The store is well stocked, but it isn't clean. The carpet has large stains all over the store and once my daughter had to use their restroom and it was once of the worst I have been in. read more

I have lived all over the country and been to many Dollar Tree stores- this one takes the cake for the worst. At first I was impressed that the store was well organized, but then I realized it was organized because they were out of almost everything I was looking for (plastic containers and contact paper for organizing a pantry). I did need some glue, so I got glue and a few other things and stood in line. There was one register open and I was 4th in line at that point. The line was moving incredibly slowly, and the woman behind me asked the 7 (no exaggeration, 7 including a manager) workers standing around near the cash registers to open another register. They said the other person for the register was outside unloading a truck, so they continued to stand around while the manager paged the other worker. (To be fair, it looked like one of them was restocking the candy shelves, but the rest were just standing around). Again, the woman behind me asked if any of the 7 workers standing around could open a register and they ignored her. The other worker finally came up and opened the register, and at this point there were more than 10 people in line. There was no apology. We are new to the area and hoping this is a fluke. I really like dollar tree, but I will not be going back to this one. read more

An excellent store for a Dollar Tree. They have a huge store and selection. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's pretty easy access also which is a plus in this town. I frequently stop by when I need something fast and don't want to make the dreaded trip to Wal-Mart. read more

This is by far THE BEST dollar tree I've ever been to. The size of this store is double most dollar trees and it's always perfectly clean. I have a closer store to my house, but I go out of my way to shop here because the selection and organization is excellent read more

I went there today during the lunch hour. I guess I would consider the place to be okay - for what it is. But the cashier was a very rude woman. For one thing, when we went to pay for the things we selected, there was already a line of five or six customers. Eventually the cashier called for another employee to come up to the front and work another register. The fellow in front of us wasn't very pleased either - commenting several times that it was lunch hour. Meaning naturally there would be more people shopping. People who are in a bit of a hurry. So why just one register open? Why wait till the backup is six deep to open an additional register? Answer: that's the sort of problem a store will have when their workers are rude and surly. Workers who really don't care and can't even put forth the effort of pretending. Who don't even speak to or acknowledge their customers in any way even when they are face to face. Seriously. Not even a nod. Or God forbid a smile. Advice to the store manager: do not hire workers who are so angry at the world that they treat your customers like garbage. If I had not been with someone else, I would have simply walked out. read more

I personally work in customer service myself, and so I know how customers should be talked to, helped and assisted. I have visited this location multiple times during my lunch break. Never do they have enough cashiers open, and to top things off there's this associate Eviana who thinks by greeting customers, and saying "momma" to everyone gives her the right to be disrespectful when she raises her voice and say rotten things once she's done ringing you up. With a manager who standing right there to witness it all. I was there November 4th I was exchanging some products and had to use the chip machine and Eviana was raising her voice to me telling me "YOU HAVE TO SWIPE" once I replied, "okay mam I got it". She told yells again saying "NO YOU DONT THESE CUSTOMERS THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND THEY DONT"! I explained to her there was no need to yell and get out of character when the manager decides to place her hand on me and say "she isn't yelling that's just the way she talks". As a way to just give her permission to speak to people in any way and say "that's just the way she talks". Once she was done ringing me up I made sure all my items were in my bag and Eviana moved to the carts area and still continued to be rude and say "these damn customers come in thinking they know what they're doing and they don't shit". I replied to her "you should work on your rotten attitude". As she yelled back at me in front of many customers and her manager "GIRL BYE IM NOT GOING BACK TO COURT BYE"! Worst experience ever!! Never ever will spend my money at this location again they're should reconsider who they promote to manager and hire as cashiers. I apologize to anyone who had to witness such awful behavior all while a Caucasian older woman who was the manager approved such disrespect in her store to a customer!!! read more
