I'm not even sure what to call it. Also, the racks are either a little bit too high or too low so you either are reaching up or bending down why not just get one rack that goes at high-level? Not a comfortable experience and again bargains are going to be hard to find.

Most items are in these big blue bins that you dig through, a lot of the items are still wrapped in their Amazon plastic so it's somewhat hard to tell what some of the items are. There are carts available but with stuff everywhere it's hard to maneuver well around the store with a cart. Lots of people and stuff everywhere , I ended up twisting my knee trying to shimmy around pallets and racks, and several days later I'm still injured. Items in the bins are different prices each day. So if you come on a day when the pallets have just been unpacked it's more expensive than the last day before they put out new stuff. When we were there the bin items were $5 and I didn't find anything I thought was worth that price. We were here right after Christmas and the bins had lots of Halloween items. Adult shoes were $10 , near the back right, but it was hard to find matching shoes that were the size you needed. Minimal organization in other words. You can also purchase whole pallets of things if you're really feeling adventurous. We made a stop here since we were in the area but I don't think I'd make a special trip just to come here. There were lots of food items, but many of them had been opened or didn't look to be at all in good condition. We ended up buying a dkny Jean skirt for $11.5 and some men's gap fit exercise pants and shorts for $8. My mom got a pack of cords from the bins for $5. My partner ended up using his debit card and we were charged a credit card fee which they didn't tell us about when we checked out :( kinda a huge pet peeve of mine! If you're going to charge extra fees give the customer a heads up. And post a sign. I didn't see any signs posted anywhere about this. I heard another cashier tell this to someone else as we were leaving but our cashier didn't tell us. But the cashier was very friendly! We were able to give a phone number at checkout to earn some points or coupons for a future visit. This place had madhouse bargain bin vibes! Bring a box cutter if you're really serious about checking out everything that's available.

Too Hot Inside, Smoking Issues Outside This Roses location…read morehas some significant problems. The store is always uncomfortably hot, whether it's winter or summer. They need to adjust the temperature control--turn down the heat or turn up the air conditioning to make shopping more comfortable. The smoking situation outside the store is also concerning. There are consistently employees smoking near the entrance, which means customers have to walk through cigarette smoke to enter. There's a can full of cigarette butts right by the building, and discarded cigarettes litter the ground around the property. It creates an unwelcoming first impression. I've even seen pregnant employees smoking outside in the past, which was particularly disturbing to witness. For a store that promotes Christian values, it would be more consistent to either ban smoking on the property or designate a smoking area away from the entrance where customers don't have to encounter it. The current setup feels unprofessional. I occasionally shop here for cleaning supplies and household items because it's convenient, but the excessive heat inside and the smoking situation outside make it an unpleasant experience. Simple improvements to these issues would make a big difference for customers.

I love the awesome finds I purchase here at Roses. I give them an over all rating of a 4. although I come to Piqua to shop here twice a year it is still one of my favorite stores. The staff is always friendly & very helpful. I have never had anything go wrong with anything I have purchased. I love the Christian shirts, the pictures & wall hangings, the kitchen appliances, lawn & garden decor & tools, etc. i always save $$ when I shop here.
