They have Disney bags, marvel ornaments, Snoopy items, Baby books and animals, Wedding gifts, Dishes and jams, clothing, hats, gloves, spa items, cards for every occasion, and Seasonal Gifts of all kinds. Their range of candles with water flowing as you turn on the lighted flicker of a flame are beautiful and have a lot of different colors and styles. This store also has Enesco figures as well as Lladro women figurines. To top it off they have many Star Wars items. This stores items are all authentic. Something else wonderful about this store is they wrap your gifts for you. Also the entire crew really love the owner whose name is Debby. Hence the name of Debby's Hallmark. It feels like you walk into a warm family when you shop there. When employees love their boss you know that boss treats them well. Lastly they have many Christian items there . The manager already had attitude when he walked up, told me they won't return them for the same reason, I asked if I brought them back cleaned would they accept them to which he just said he wouldn't but maybe another Marshall's would, I said it was less than 30 days ago that I bought them though I haven't even used them, he gets more attitude and disrespect in his tone telling me they aren't able to resell them. Which they can and also quite frankly isn't my problem anyways. I told him half the shoes that get returned are unsellable though, to which he asked if I wanted to walk over and show him which specific shoes are unsellable. Which is actually extremely crazy and I told him no I don't need to go pick out the individual shoes that I think are unsellable. Creating a completely unnecessary hostile environment for no reason. I walked out because who even talks to people like that over a return. I'm not upset about the return. That's not the issue it's the lack of respect. What kind of manager actually acts this unhinged. Customer service skills are completely lacking here. As someone who's worked retail and management previously. This is extremely unprofessional. This location needs better communication and management skills. I don't know the managers name but he clearly needs to be replaced if he can't do his job correctly or without berating customer. I had picked up several items from around Santa Clarita, and had placed all of them inside a cute little lunchbox I had picked up at Rocket Fizz. I brought the lunchbox in, and after meandering around the store a bit, I had found a card that was the right size. In addition to countless holiday cards and the adorable hallmark ornaments, the store is chock full of 'cutesy' things to buy. I was tempted by several of them, but held onto my man card as I passed by. I placed the card on the counter next to the lunchbox, and began the payment process. Nice lady behind the counter asked if I was part of their club, and I decided to sign up. As I was filling out the form, the reason for my visit came up, and I declined the bag option, and decided to put the cute lil wonder woman plushie directly into the lunchbox. While I was still filling out the club form, the nice lady behind the counter proceeded to tissue paper wrap all of the contents of the lunchbox. Even the ones I had purchased at the other stores! It was amazing, she told me she had practice assembling her son's lunchbox, and neatly wrapped up and stacked the contents of mine. She even did her best to repair a broken plastic box that one of the other gifts was in. Talk about above and beyond the call of cashier duty. The inside of the lunchbox now looked far better than anything I could have done on my own, I had a cute birthday card that fit perfectly on top of the lunchbox, and I was now a happy member of the club. If I ever need a card again, I'll definitely stop in here.

This location just opened and it's super clean. I was greeted by security as I walked in & other staff acknowledged me as I shopped around. I've only been to a couple of locations (Burbank & Woodland Hills) and they were so big it was overwhelming LOL... this store was sufficiently stocked, merchandise all strategically organized and there was lots of room to waft around. I think this Burlington will do great here. It reminds me a lot of other discount stores like Ross and Marshall's, TJ Max & Homegoods. SCV / LA people love their good deals! LOL. Shopping here is like a treasure hunt; you never know what you'll come across.. whether you're looking for home, kitchen and garden supplies.. tools, accessories, bags, travel, gadgets & gizmos... toys, gifts, personal, men, women, kids, toddlers, babies and pets... you'll find fun, cute, cool, functional & even useful items.
