I contacted Sunflorist because of the great reviews on Yelp. When I called them, I was calling from a place with terrible cell phone reception. Ian was incredible. He was so patient. It was very, very hard to speak over the phone, so he suggested that we text. He asked what I was thinking of in terms of a bouquet - and I said special - bright - with roses. He promised that I would be texted when the arrangement was made. Actually I found out she received the flowers because she posted a picture of the flowers on Facebook - and there were tons of compliments! Then she texted me by saying, "I was amazed by the beauty of this stunning arrangement...." mentioning she was "overwhelmed" by this generosity ... and she texted me another picture of the arrangement.
