This is a large store with a huge, well-organized selection of arts and crafts supplies. This one is the most organized of the Dollar Tree stores up here. All the Dollar Trees have a slightly different inventory as for scrapbooking supplies. I try to visit different stores to find new items I haven't seen at the other stores. read more

Very messy location to shop in, not organized, hard to find things you're looking for. While the junk food aisles are mostly clean to get, others aisles are not. More than likely, you will not find what you're looking for. I do not recommend this location. Take a hike, go somewhere else. Maybe apple valley on hwy 18 or Hesperia but I can't recall which Hesperia location it is. I just know it's on the corner. I believe it's on Main Street Hesperia dollar tree. Staff is generally condescending. Educating me on the proper way to pull items from the shelfs or how I am suppose to place items on the conveyer. I better shopping for decades with no issues, why does this teenage from Dollar Tree need to scold me on to do it their way. This is a sentiment expressed by most at Dollar Tree, so I assume its more related to management that any individual employee. read more

This Dollar Tree is kind of dirty on the outside.... sometimes TRASH all over. There is ALWAYS a line... and there NEVER seems to be MORE than one checker... unless the line gets SOOOO long that they FINALLY ask someone to step in.... I WILL say, however... some of the girls who work there are VERY nice. They will help you find whatever you need. They smile and they are kind. The employees are GREAT! ...it's the atmosphere and the LACK of urgency to get the customers checked OUT of there that gets my 2 Star rating. read more

This Dollar Tree has been renovated and is huge, easily double the size of any other Dollar Tree I have been to. It's a huge and better selection than other Dollar stores. Service is descent, I am amazed every time what I can get for a Dollar and always wind up buying way more than I need. Though the 99 cent store carries more brand name items, the Dollar Tree has some stuff that 99 doesn't. If you bother with Dollar Tree, go to this one. read more

This particular location is very rude and ignorant. Not only for the customers but for the workers too ! I witnessed a cashier, alone by themselves asking for help to open another register to make the line go faster. For 10 minutes they did not show up until another worker explained to them that a "baby shower" or "celebration" was happening in the back. A BABY SHOWER !!?!?! That is very unprofessional of them and whoever the manager is should be fired. If you want to walk into a messy store that uses dirty mop water to clean the floors. Then this is the one. I love this Dollar Tree. Susan is the manager & she runs a tight but friendly ship. This store is always clean, even after little kids do their thing in the toy & candy aisle, the employees are right on top of cleaning it up. It is nice to be greeted when walking into the store. This store is the largest I have seen up here between Hesperia, Apple Valley & Victorville (I think there is a new one in the Target shopping center on Main St, I have not been to). This stores layout is easily accessible & easy to find things. Nothing is ever over piled to where it looks sloppy or will fall over. I like the fact that they have brands you can find here all of the time. Those special items you come across especially Name Brand products, nab them now as you may not be able to find them later. At this store I do not see a lot of thefts as I have seen at the other 2 stores. Those annoying empty pakages on the shelves that you know someone took the product & walked out without paying.... really sad people do this as the items are so inexpensive as it is. read more

It used to be very nice and pleasant to go to now filthy floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. the cashiers wear a zip up jacket and have it zipped down to their belly with nothing underneath. very sad used to be a nice place. Now I won't even bring my kids in there. So sad it use to be a fun treat for kids when they had a couple bucks to buy some fun stuff. read more

This is a good size Dollar tree and staff is always busy filling the shelves but the sad thing this stuff rarely changes and hardly ever gets anything new. I do give the props though. They manage to keep prices low even though people will be acting ghetto opening food items and eating it till its half way gone and put it back on the shelf. I personally seen this here and it's sad because it's happening a lot more in these types of business. So big time props to dollar tree for keeping prices low! You need something but money is tight check them out. From kitchen ware to garden supplies and from pet food to pet accessories you will find it here! A tip though. You can get a 3 lb bag of name brand cat food here for $1! read more

Wow took my service dog in here and the guy named Charles who appeared to be manager told us we couldn't have the dog in here even after we said it was a service dog. Unreal. Call to find out if they fill helium balloons. Yes, they do. I arrive with 4 balloons to fill and they guy tells me to tie a knot in the bag that they are in. I say "okay, I just need to have these balloons filled with helium." He says that they do not have helium. I paused and considered the idea that I have lost my mind. He then states that they do have helium but will not fill customer balloons. Why would a store that fills balloons not charge me and fill my balloons? This baffles me as they exist to make money. Long lines.... only one register open until the line was really long then they opened another register...need to hire more people

My daughter an myself went to thus store to shop for a few things an when we got to the register there was one pers there was only one cashier and he was doing the best he could there were over 20 people in one line I walked over to the door where it says employees only and there was the manager and two other people in office looking at the computer while this one person I think his name was Michael what's the only checker in the store and there was over 20 people in line I asked you guys need another cashier of you and the manager looked at me with such mean eyes and a mean face talk about looking into it we're getting to it and I said well you need to hurry up and get to it this line is wrapped around the store and then they thought that was funny the people come into the store to shop they don't come in there to stand in long lines while one person is checking and there's 3 people in office looking at the computer laughing about something I like shopping at Dollar Tree and so does my daughter she's 16 but to go into the store weather be the one on hysteria road or the one and victorville buy the food for less over there you guys don't plan properly for employees breaks there's always long lines.
