The store looked as though it recently had a refresh. The shelves were stocked well. The deli and bakery were actually too inviting since I overspent on too many goodies. The produce reminded me of a Saturday morning trip to Maumee Anderson's (the locals will know what I mean when I say that). Very high praise to the produce department. Kudos. Then on to the pharmacy area with thankfully a place for my hubs to sit and rest for a minute while I continued stocking up on medical and first aid needs. And yes, an employee even asked if I needed help reaching for something. All in all, a tedious store trip turned to a pleasant outing. Thanks Walmart!

Located out by the fairgrounds their is something for everyone! And they have homemade Buckeye balls which my kids and I love and can only get in Ohio! Stopped at Chief's in Wauseon and was pleasantly surprised to see their deli counter stocked full…read moreof goodies. From sliced meats, many cheeses, to freshly made pasta salads and fruit salads, my cart started filling up. I had a couple subs made at the counter since my hubs prefers a different cheese on his. The woman behind the counter could not have been nicer to fulfil my request. I would not have asked if there had been others in line so hubs was lucky this trip. They also had ready to eat items, stuffed cabbage (as my family calls pigs in the blanket), ribs, mac and cheese. Oh, I almost forgot, egg salad, chicken salad, tuna salad. For some reason going in Chief's feels like stopping by to see a family friend or something. Since this covid uncertainty it is always assuring to smell the fresh popped popcorn when entering, then the smell of fruits, baked chicken, bakery items to name but a few. I so believe they have yummy smell scents piped throughout the store. Their meats are above average and I am picky when it comes to meat. From presentation to prices, Chief's is the place to go. They are offering mobile shopping now, however I have not used it since we enjoy going in and shopping. All of their employees are helpful, safely wearing masks and I always see them sanitizing so it is a very safe, clean and proactive store.

So we decided to have a stop there bought a mattress. But , we didn't feel like welcoming, we don't know what is the reason. When we leave and try to be more friendly, so my son say 'have a good day' then he didn't even answer us and turn his face and pretending moving stuffs. From the beginning to greeted us till we leaving, he hadn't say a word of 'how are you, thanks or thank you.' Why I make a decision that come to shop the local. I can keep quiet but he is a business owner and we knew furniture business is a kind of tough one.

I frequent this Circle K several times a day and for quite awhile now I have begun to notice…read moreseveral things that I think need brought to your attention.  I have even started to make all my trips during the graveyard shift if possible.  The young girl that works the graveyard shift does an outstanding job! The place always looks and smells clean, and I know the coffee and meal deal will be fresh when she's there rather than several hours old. Sometimes she doesn't get to the counter right away because she is ALWAYS cleaning something but she does say she will be right there or acknowledges that she saw you. She is always very friendly unlike many of the other employees. She is usually pretty busy with customers while I am in as well which is surprising since it is middle of the night.  In the morning I am unable to bring my children in with me because one of the employees with long brown hair has quite the potty mouth and I try not to let my children hear that offensive language. I also prefer not to go in the evening because there is a shorter girl with black hair who you always have to wait for to come out from the back and when she does finally come out she is angry to be interrupted and she is always very rude. This weekend I went in for my traditional polar pop and coffee and could not believe how filthy everything was! The floors were disgusting,  the food items looked like they had been spinning for days, the coffee tasted old, there wasn't much coffee to choose from, and the counters were covered and sticky! Of course the rude girl was there and didn't disappoint. She was so rude and snapped at the elderly gentlemen in front of the line I almost walked away but I already had my items. From here on out I will only come into this store during the graveyard shift when I know it will be clean and food will be fresh and I will be greeted with nothing but a friendly face! You need employees like her on every shift! She has definitely been my reason for 4 stars, otherwise it would have been a 1!

I ordered all of our appliances from Derocher's for our new home build, and they installed the…read morewarming drawer. When we closed in April, we noticed that the warming drawer did not close straight or flush and has a gap of about 1/2" at the top. After notifying the builder, we nobody came out to look at it until May 19. The tech that came couldn't fix it but identified that it was installed with the rear higher than the front and that the installers would have to fix it and that he'd order some parts for them (not sure what parts). After nothing for a month, I contacted the person who sold the appliance on Jun 16. He responded that some parts were on order and he'd have to schedule instllers to come out. I asked what was on order and when installers would come out but have recieved no response. I've left multiple voice mails on his phone line and at both the Monroe and Sylvania stores in addition to my email inquiries. All have been ignored. It is now Jul 30 (2-1/2 months) and still nobody has contacted me.

We bought a set of appliances from Durochers about 3 years ago. Last September, our refrigerator…read morestopped working. During the first service call, the repair people somehow cracked the inside of the fridge. I was told there is no way to fix the damage. The refrigerator needs a part from Samsung that has come in damaged now 4 different times. Durochers can order the part for next day delivery, so they could have tried far more than 4 times, btw. The last time, the part sat at Durochers for over 3 weeks before they even inspected it. ​ We have repeatedly asked for a manager to contact us, but been ignored every time. We have not had a working refrigerator in over 6 months now, but Durochers hasn't offered an apology or any sort of assistance.
