I went in to buy a new belt and both employees were rude as hell and disinterested in my situation with an utter lack of empathy. I still managed to find a belt and buy it on the spot. Two weeks later while in the same restroom at The True North convenience store, the new belt I had just bought broke right in half at the Buckle. Again I went to the fashion warehouse and they again were inhospitable and wouldn't help me it at all in exchanging the belt. So now I'm stuck holding my pants up as I walk around because I made the mistake of buying a cheap faulty product at a cheap store with inferior products that don't care when they break. They do have a very extensive amount of clothes. They had a few designer items and they were priced 50+. Lots of UGG boots for $60, even one heavily salt stained for $30. I'm not even sure what to call it. Also, the racks are either a little bit too high or too low so you either are reaching up or bending down why not just get one rack that goes at high-level? Not a comfortable experience and again bargains are going to be hard to find.

Dollar General has a nice selection of $1 items in these meds. Those products were not available in this store, Sad. Well this location does not have an all dollar isle like most DG's have now, I asked, and was told no by someone stocking in the back. I went ahead and bought a few other items, as I was browsing, I heard a lady at the checkout say: HELLO! anyone one here to check me out?" I continued on looking for stuff another 5 minutes or so, and I heard a man say the same thing. Finally another 10 minutes more or more of looking around in the back, I made my way back to the checkout, and I was shocked to find both people still standing there shaking there heads. I briefly made small talk with the guy in front who had a cart full of stuff, I had 3 items. I simply put my basket down and walked out. Not sure what was going on, but 2 people were stocking shelves, and not one bothered to see if people needed checked out in nearly 20 minutes. Sad! These workers are underpaid and overworked in my opinion. I don't at blame the workers. They have to stock and run the registers from what I understand.

When I opened them the feed was clumped like it had been somewhere that moisture had gotten to it & both bags of feed were moldy. The manager who came up to me embarrased me in front of other customers saying theyve never had any complaints & so I must have done something wrong. So I just wasted money on 2 bags of feed. I wasn't about to buy another bag there. I have bought goat & chicken feed there for the last 8 years & never have i had a mold or moisture issue on my end. I'm sorry but you lost my business. As a widow who has hard enough time managing all that i have to deal with, I lost my respect for your store.
