Ordered baby swing, worked a couple of times then quit. The insurance that I took out on it said…read moreit was manufacturers responsibility. Called WOW and they said send it back at my cost which is $60.00 return shipping, the cost of the swing is only $10.00 more, ridiculous. I contacted ebay and they said to give them a chance to email return label and send it back for a full refund, if they don't they will get involved... So far not impressed at all...

2.5-star experience; I rounded up to be kind as first reviewer…read more This is a liquidation center for returns (Amazon or wherever). They have items over $10 lining the walls around the store, and then the "bin items" which get discounted each day, starting at $10 on Friday, then Saturday $7, Sunday $4, Monday $2, Tuesday $1, then anything left is 50¢ on Wednesday. Thursdays they are closed to restock. Visited on a Friday morning to look for power tools or possibly appliances. Friday, per their website, is supposed to be "heavy in home goods, baby goods, appliances and electronics, Saturday has a lot of big items, pools, furniture, kids cars, bikes and some clothes. Sunday is filled with detergent, soap, shampoo, lotion, phone accessories, clothes, cosmetics, furniture and more." Thought Friday would be best bet for what I needed but we didn't end up finding anything. Tools were same price as box stores on sale. Kid toys were not a deal on anything either. Appliances were some scratch & dent, side-by-side stainless fridge/freezers $700 (basic brands). For laundry room, for example $300 top load, $400 front load standard brands like GE. Got there shortly after opening and line was already 15 carts deep. I've heard it wraps around the store and a 3h-wait is typical on certain days/times. I would never be doing that, but 15 carts... if I had 5+ super deals saving me hundreds, maybe. If you want to actually get a bargain: Prepare for no frills, and large bins filled with unpackaged, half-packaged, or worn-packaged stuff. Have a buddy wait in line for you as you run back and forth throwing new items into their cart. Be fierce and mean against other shoppers to get what you want. Be thorough and diligent about going through EVERY LAST ITEM in each bin, so you don't miss anything. Set aside at least 2 hours to dig. Accept that you will need to compare prices on your phone if you don't already know prices. The time waiting in line is going to be VERY LONG, even if you have your cart person holding your place, so honestly it will take a LOT of deals to be worthwhile... and what are the chances you need that many clothes or returned knick knacks that it is worth your time? Pretty much everyone was buying clothes. Huge loads of clothes. Clothes are all new merch on Fri and are $3/pc on Fri/Sat/Sun, so it was mayhem on the clothes (footwear all $5/pr the entire week). People were struggling with each other over the bins... air of hostility not far off from the Lilly Pulitzer warehouse sales I attended 20 years ago! Looked like resellers and pickers there for these huge bulk purchases. All in all, a tough city vibe from everyone there. Didn't feel welcome at all. Other shoppers very competitive and just an intense and stressful environment. Again, the Lilly Pulitzer warehouse sales I used to frequent were equally intense filled with mean crazy b!tches so I get it that these deal places bring out the worst in shoppers, but I'm just repulsed by it anymore and deals are not worth the company of crazies IMO. It's not the store's fault that shoppers get mean, but things can be done to have more cashiers and fewer angry signs (YOU OPEN IT, YOU BOUGHT IT) setting the tone, you know? Drove a long way; left empty-handed. They're a new store so hopefully they will iron out the kinks! Best of luck to them!

Interesting store.... definitely a mix of unsold Target products, possibly Amazon, Dollar Tree and…read morewho knows what else. You'll find everything from a plethora of nail polish colors, to Target linens, to cleaning products to fake trees. Just purely random. Some stuff was priced very well and had deep discounts, others, not so much. The clothing racks were pretty funny - hundreds of plain white polo shirts, hundreds of green polo shirts. Again, random. Worth wandering around for an hour. They actually give you a Target reusable bag for free to bring home your purchases.

Stopped by today looking for rugs. They have a fantastic deal, $40 for any size. The problem is…read morethat the rugs are stacked 10-12 high on carts. I spent a long time trying to pull one towards the bottom out only to realize it was the wrong size. When I found another I had no energy left and Two employees offered to help me. Gavin and Joe worked together to get to the bottom of the stack. There are really a lot of great rugs here but the way they are being stored really made it hard for everyone to look through. This is definitely a great spot to grab health and beauty supplies. They had Native products for $3 which is about 75% off regular pricing. They also have a lot of clothes, but no fitting rooms and a no returns policy. All clothing items are $3 each or $25 for 20 pieces which is crazy! They also have lots of Amazon return bins filled with random stuff that sell for 2 for $5. Lots of outdoor furniture options, toys and baby supplies. This is a fun spot to bargain hunt on a rainy day. Expect a long line but it's well worth it and every employee was super helpful.

I've walked past Longo's Discount for years while visiting the bakery across the street, but today…read morewas my first time going in--and I'm so glad I did. What brought me in was a conversation with my neighbor. I complimented her on how nice her perfume smelled, and she told me she bought it at Longo's. I have migraines and chemical sensitivities, so I'm very picky about fragrances. Most are too strong, but hers was light, fresh, and beautiful enough that I had to ask where she found it. Today I stopped in looking for a light floral fragrance and found a 3.3 oz bottle of Burberry London, along with lotion, two bottles of foaming hand soap, paper plates, and wipes--all for about $53. The prices were excellent. What really impressed me, though, was the store itself. Joe has been serving the South Philly community through Longo's for 60 years, and it shows. Their fragrance selection rivals department stores, with everything from current favorites to nostalgic classics. They also carry household essentials, cosmetics, paper goods, and even delicious biscotti and other treats. It's the kind of neighborhood store where you never know what great find you'll come across. Chain stores definitely have their place, but there's something special about supporting a family-owned business that's been serving the community for 60 years. Great selection, great prices, and friendly service. If you're in South Philly, stop in. You just might leave with exactly what you didn't know you were looking for.
