This joint is good, you can get things for cheap. I got a body scrub for $7.50 and at other places it's either $10 or $20. But this place is disgusting, the bathroom situation? Yeah you need that fixed. This place is literally so cheap to the point they can't even get the bathrooms fixed. Very disgusting. Y'know, I'm one of those ladies who go out to eat then goes shopping afterwards. My son had to use the restroom and I had to explain that there's no bathrooms. Gross. read more

The tendency for me is to overbuy on staples since things are really cheap- it's hit or miss but I've got some great deals here especially on food, cooking, cosmetics. Staples you can stock up on. Also thy send you extra discounts throughout the year if you get their Loyalty card. read more

How the heck did I spend $50 here? What did I buy? I'm so confused, LOL. This is a huge warehouse, great for wandering through. Bring a list, though you have a 50/50 chance that what you need may or may not be here as it looks like stock changes all the time. It's a bit haphazard walking through, but we were in no rush and we actually enjoyed perusing the goods. Yes, things are cheap, but you get what you pay for. They seem to have a standing policy that you can bring back anything you're not happy with, so that's refreshing. Let's hope that small fan I bought lasts longer than a month. read more

literally bought books worth $18 each here. has everything from personal care to books. clothing, great pricing and gives food/clothing/educational resources to people of all financial backgrounds. whether you're trying to save some coin or need to shop budget friendly. you're coming to the right place. HOWEVER. please be aware that the employees hate their job. They're always in bad moods being quite rude. I went with my family (my grandparents speak spanish) and this lady was just staring at them as if they were insulting her or something. Very rude. Whatever bargains you may find here are not worth slogging through vermin infested merchandise thrown haphazardly on the shelves and floor. Their lenient return policy results in the selling of a lot of used and damaged goods. It's more like a yard sale. Went to the men's room, and the faucet was broken and running all the time, I asked the worker do you know the faucet is running, ( got a very rude as most of the workers seem to be ) Yeah we know! Went to the electronics dept that is usually a mess, and the worker would not move to let me see the products. I asked the same worker if they had any peanuts ( I looked before I asked and thought maybe they placed them in a new location from where they usually keep them ) yelled over there somewhere. Is it that they're not paid very well? the employees don't seem very happy. Not a very friendly place to shop. I would only go back for a specific item no one else had. It's obvious this business doesn't care about good customer service as I read other reviews I am not the only decenter, leaving me with the idea they think they have something no other store has so they have no worries about how they treat customers, good luck with that. read more

Ollie's Outlet is that store where you can walk out empty-handed or with something really random... like a surprisingly sturdy lounge chair for your roof on sale for $30. They've got prime real estate on Church Road across from the Cherry Hill Mall / next to Ashley Furniture. I've been in here several times since they've opened and I'm generally impressed with their selection of affordable merchandise, ranging from books to kitchen stuff to outdoor equipment. Would've been 5 stars but the shitty attitude cashier ruined our entire experience. Trailer trash with the terribly black boxed hair dye closed her register after we stood in her line for a whole ten minutes, no big deal, but then as soon as we switch lines the bitch opens her register again. A good selection of general merchandise. Prices are ok...I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here for that reason however. Ollie's is hit or miss.The best thing I can suggest is if you see something and you think you may want it,and your not sure if it a good price get it,because you have 30 days to return it.Chances are you could return the next day,they are sold out.If you get on their mailing list they will email you their ads and 10,15&20% off coupons. I shop here often and most of the staff are helpful.I purchased 4 off road lights made for an ATV,However I had them installed on my explorer and they seem to work great so far.At $20 per light minus 10% that was a deal,on eBay the same lights were a lot more.They also have great prices on candy,and kids stuff and things for the house.Almost every visit the store has different items.The deptford location is good too! read more

Books that nobody wanted first run, odd sized carpet remnants, Keurig coffee cups in large boxes with unknown names that are all made from the same coffee. With Cherry Hill real estate taxes to pay they would have to push tons of this stuff out the front door or they buy it really really cheap. read more

This outlet store reminds me kind of like a warehouse, it's huge inside and smells a little uh warehouse-y. It has loads of stuff, some of it good, some of it unnecessary, but lots of stuff. You can go in and see something random you forgot you needed, or something you just picked up from another store that you had no idea they had, and Ollies will have it way cheaper. For instance, a while back I was looking for a spiralizer, I bought one for $15 with a coupon.. They have them here for $5, sigh yea I was bummed about that missed opportunity.. but I was happy I scored a pink Swiffer sweeper for $6! I also picked up things I could live without, but they were dirt cheap. The staff was nice, I left a bag and the cashier came out after me to give it to me which I thought was considerate. I'll be back soon, they have the adult coloring books there considerably cheaper than at other places, plus some outdoor things were their prices can't be beat. I work in Ashley's furniture which is right next store to Ollie's during a rain storm 3of there shopping carts flew across the parking lot and hit my truck damaging my tail light and rear quarter panel of my truck I let management know right away in the store they gave me a number corporate head quarter's who I called left 10 messages never got back to me yet I went back into there store in cherry hill new jersey spoke with the manager who tried to ignore me while he was on his cell phone I told him I tried to contact their corporate head quarters but no one had got back to me he told me it was my problem and to contact my insurance company Ollie's keeps there shopping carts inside there building when people take the carts outside to their car and leave them in the lot the employees from Ollie's are supposed to come out to the lot to collect them the point of this story is if you shop at Ollie's if a shopping cart hits your car they just wont care and tell you it's not their problem I will never shop at that Ollie's location read more

I'll NEVER shop at any Ollie's again. Not long ago I purchased over $100 of goods at the Cherry Hill Ollie's. The next day, I discovered that one of the items, a package of candy, was extremely stale so I returned to the C.H. Ollie's with the candy and my receipt to obtain a refund. I got in line at a cash register, the only place a customer can return an item because there's no customer service desk in the store. A long line of paying customers quickly formed behind me. When I reached the cashier and told her I was requesting a refund for the stale candy, she told me I'd have to get out of line and wait until she had rung up every customer behind me. I replied, "I'm a customer, too", to which she replied, "Management told me that paying customers must be served first and customers with returns have to wait." I'm disabled and was on a walker and I had to get out of the line and wait more than 10 minutes to return the stale candy. This is unbelievably poor, inconsiderate, unprofessional, uncaring management! Ollie's has permanently lost my business. read more
