You would be hard pressed to find a better "outlet Mall" style shopping district. It has nicely walkable layouts between stores, and a nice mix of shopping and eating to get through a marathon hunt. We hit the children's place and got boys rugby style collared shirts for $3.99! We loaded up both kids for under $150. I had to snoop in the H&M to see it, but being in my early 40's apparently not the H&M demographic. The gourmet kitchen store was a temptation beyond compare, and there is, for convenience sake a monster Wal-Mart Super centre, a Future Shop and a massive Home Depot surrounding the outlets. I got everything I needed and was out for exactly 4 hours, including drive time. My children are happy, and we all had an ice cream to celebrate.

There were no overhead security cameras able to look into the old changerooms let's just put that out there. The manager was so nonchalant, saying somebody else had complained and they put a bag over the camera. HA! lie. I have a video from inside the changeroom and there is most certainly no bag covering the camera. She said it was turned off. all I have is her word. I brought in my first set of clothes to be assessed, and the treatment was appalling. I have three more sets of much higher-end clothes to follow, but I will not be returning here. It was my first time doing consignment, and I told the girl as much. I left my clothes for about fifteen minutes returned to find that they were all rejected. I do not object to that. I was surprised, as I said, it is my first encounter. I indicated my surprise and was immediately assaulted with a snippy "Is there a problem?" from the girl behind the desk. Rude and unacceptable. I indicated that I was simply surprised. I was then told that "your items are brands we would not be interested in." Which in and of itself is fine, but the delivery of the information was high-handed and frankly in a word- snotty. I was appalled by the treatment. I do not mind rejection of items, as there are criteria that the store uses as a measure of what will sell. However, the delivery of information and customer/representative interaction needs a complete turnaround!!!! It was so rude and condescending. Too bad, as my Chanel and other high-end items that were coming will never come your way. Treat people better with respect and lose the attitude.
