I was only a little disappointed with my last visit because the salon was not clean. There were hand prints all over the mirror and chairs. The tech's child was there so she was playing cartoons instead of the regular spa music so it wasn't as relaxing as before. Not a big deal, but the details do matter in some cases. I do have another Groupon to use with them so I hope to have a better experience next time. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a good variety of services.

I called while she was already in bed, but she felt so bad about my situation that she made the trip late at night to come to my apartment and give me an IV to make sure I didn't get dangerously dehydrated. I have very hard to stick veins and often have phlebotomists or nurses try to stick me upwards of 5 times to find a vein before a successful attempt, but she got it on the first try despite being very dehydrated and therefore making the veins harder to find! She was also a lot of fun to talk to and told me stories from her life while we waited for my body to absorb all the fluids. I felt much better after and can't thank her enough for her help.
