Its not crowded nor is it loud, voicetrous nor rowdy. I heard that the old Health Department had color coded lines on the floor and the color changed as you progressed in different directions depending on your issue and situation. WOW. SO...yuh know that could have been personal as I was also told there were chairs as you proceeded to your potential private destination that perhaps you only wanted you, God and yourself to know about. So kind and compassionate and very empathetic. He always loves how smiley and happy our baby boy is even when being diagnosed with RSV or hand foot and mouth. We really do have a happy baby and it's so heart breaking when he's sick. PedsNow is fast, prioritizes patients based on severity/urgency which is great, and we leave having every base covered and question answered! Highly recommend

I just liked him so much and knew he was a good fit for us. He's is just very straight forward, all the while having great bedside manner. He's knowledgeable, bright, etc ... all of those good things you'd expect from a doctor... all the while making you as the parent feel that he regards you as competent and important, too. I've never felt judged by Dr. Hobby. He doesn't rush, either. He will take his time and answer all your questions. I'm also really happy with the office in general! They've been nothing but polite and efficient! And any other doctor I've seen here when an emergency came up, has been wonderful and knowledgeable as well.

They were not willing to hear, help or be bothered at all with our experience. Clearly not interested in making it right. The lack of basic professionalism and real care is ridiculous. Every person I have spoken to is clearly only there because they have to be, not because they enjoy what they do. They will treat you and your child like a task, not like people. My son was failed at the appointment that was supposed to prepare us for him turning a year old. I do not feel prepared at all. We didn't talk about milestones, development, or what to expect. They didn't get to know him at all. Just looked at his numbers for weight and height and highlighted that he was 'unhealthy' because I was allowing him to 'eat too much'. It has not been a personable experience by any means so if you want your child to be cared for as a person and not just a box to check, don't bring them here!

I transferred into Savannah Birthing Center in my third trimester after moving across the country…read more I had done a lot of research on holistic providers in the area and was really excited to become a patient here. At my first prenatal appointment, I sat in the waiting room as my midwife complained loudly to the receptionist that I had not completed any of my intake forms and it would set her behind for the day. It was absolutely humiliating to listen to a medical professional complain to their team about me. Upon discovering that my name was spelled wrong and they were sent to the wrong email, she did not apologize or acknowledge that it was not my fault that these forms hadn't been completed. At the beginning of the same appointment, I explained that I had a history of disordered eating and was not comfortable being weighed. I had not been weighed in 3+ years, therefore I had no pre-pregnancy weight to compare my current weight to. The midwife said she HAD to weigh me, but would hide my weight. After she weighed me, she promptly turned the computer screen towards me so I could see my weight. Devastating. This entire appointment start to finish was horrible. I got only a handful of words in the entire time. She talked endlessly about how overwhelmed she was about their new charting system and opened a can of soda halfway through my appointment. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I ultimately left the practice when the midwife received extremely sensitive test results I had been waiting on and did not update me about them for over a week. I called and emailed several days in a row and was dismissed. When she finally emailed me to let me know the outcome of the test results, she noted that I had access to the same test results and could read them myself, as if I am a qualified medical professional and could have possibly understood what they meant or how to interpret the implications of the results. I would not return to Savannah Birth Center at any point. I have not had such an uncomfortable and unprofessional appointment in my entire pregnancy and would not return to a practice where such little regard was held for my health and my baby's health.

I love the convenience of their office hours and the ability to have a PA/ NP or DR assist me quickly without having to worry about a pcp visit or worse an emergency room visit! The PA & Nurse were both so nice and friendly and got us taken care of so quickly. The results took 3-5 mins... now that's fast! I recommend them if you're in need of any urgent medical needs. They are certainly caring and friendly!

I waited for 2 hours, and they had not put in the request. I wasn't able to get the medication until the next day. Along with that they ran some tests but never reached back out as they indicated they would to tell me the results.
