A very unique store with an amazing selection of consignment items, furniture, candles, and a bunch of clothing for the ladies. We recently moved to Gig Harbor and we have been exploring the area and we were happy to find this place. For me the best thing about this store is the plethora of unique furniture items, most I believe are consignment, but very well priced and in excellent shape. We recently purchased six beautiful wood / leather chairs for a table at home and we could not be happier. The staff is great and Michelle is very friendly and helpful. This place is definitely worth stopping by often if you are in the need for furniture or something unique. read more

While a cute store, I was completely disappointed with the customer service and will not return to this store or recommend anyone purchase from this store. I purchased over $200 of items and one of the items was a food product for $22. The product was not up to par and I called to let them know and got no response and then went into the store to ask for a store credit and was told that they don't return food products. I was willing to purchase another item in its place (and likely spend more dollars) but they would not take the product back and were very rude about it. I was completely disappointed with the customer service. read more

Best clothing store ever, every time I go in I find something really cute and also their prices are very reasonable. Always check out the sale rack good bargains there. The ladies are super helpful and never snooty because sometimes I come in from work and I'm pretty grubby! Last time I went in I was wet and tired and I said I need a pair of jeans and I don't want to try them on. Two of the ladies said well what are you looking for, I gave them a description, they pulled out the perfect selection for me. Amazingly they knew exactly how the pants were sized, I normally wear an eight and she gave me a six, I said that's too small she said nope this brand runs large. I took them home and they fit me perfect. Last year I had a special event in Los Angeles, black tie, and they found me the perfect outfit and it didn't cost a bundle. I got tons of compliments. Being a new transplant to Gig Harbor from Newport Beach, Ca, I was looking for a new place to shop. I found Dolly Mama's and could not be happier. The friendly, warm atmosphere of both stores and the employees immediately drew me in. I shop at both stores regularly and participate in some of the monthly painting sessions. The merchandise is without precedent in the area and keeps me from heading an hour North to shop. The quality of both service and choices is beyond compare. I always bring my friends and family visitors to the store to show them that Washington has as much or more to offer than other places. Love this store and the people in it. read more

I stopped into Dolly Mama this week for the first time and man was I impressed! From the adorable dressing room to their kind and accommodating staff, Dolly Mama is top notch! I was really excited to see that I could find some of my favorite trendy brands (I mean hello "Free People") somewhere in the harbor. The brands and pieces in the store are appropriate for all ages (scored a dress for myself and noticed some cute gifts for my mom).
