I was in Gig Harbor for a photo shoot, and I decided to check out this quaint little town because I've heard good things about it. I stumbled upon this consignment store from a Google search. It is house with a kitty in it. How cute when I got to meet the majestic Romeo The Cat! He played a bit rough, but he was pretty friendly. The clothing selections at this place were okay. I didn't buy any but did walk out with 2 cute scarves. I couldn't say "No" to good sales deals. One thing I like about this shop is there ARE SERIOUSLY A GREAT AMOUNT OF JEWELRIES on display EVERYWHERE in the store. I walked, turned, and saw another display! I thought I covered all of the jewelry section until I saw more in the other rooms and upstairs. Additionally, these jewelry pieces are priced AT AFFORDABLE PRICES, starting at $8. Some beautiful pearl pieces start at $15! That's a freaking steal! I'd recommend if you're in Gig Harbor and want to take a look at some reasonably priced clothing and jewelry items because let's to be honest... you sometimes JUST don't want to drop $100 on a shirt, $30 for a pair of earrings, or $50 on a scarf, do you? read more

Cottage chalk full of designer delights, full wardrobe options, reasonable prices and Sharon the owner is very personable. She has been doing resale boutique sales for 20 years and has a handle on pricing and selection. The bonus is if her adorable rescue Romeo comes out to greet you. Lots of good brands and quality clothing at very reasonable prices! and there's always new stock every couple of weeks. Went today with beautiful clothing with tags still on. (Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, and Talbots). Felt dismissed and unwelcome. I don't know why I didn't walk right out. She took one item, with a $198.00 tag, and said to check back in 8 weeks. I have a lot of items I'd like to get rid of, but based on the snootiness alone, I won't be giving her my business again. read more

Actually NO STARS! I took 20 designer items for consignment. I only got $27.60 for them!! And I HAD TO CONTACT HER TO GET ANY FUNDS AT ALL! She sells your stuff for nothing (even though when you shop there you don't find designer items for $5) and then she donates what doesn't sell. She claimed only 5 items sold. So she donated 15 designer items without informing me. One pair of pants retailed for $400!! I have friends who have had the same experience here. DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR GOOD DESIGNER CLOTHING HERE!!! I left many items with this consignment shop 2 years ago and have not heard one word back from them. I imagine they pocketed the proceeds from my items. They had all of my information - a form was filled out - but I guess if you don't follow through with them, the income belongs to them. I am very disappointed with the consignment process. I had 20+ items consigned and called 4 times in attempt to have my items pulled prior to consignment end date and was told each time that the items would be pulled, but each time i called to pick up, they were not ready. The last time I called, I was informed that my items has been donated because it was past consignment date. I expressed my disappointment, reminding her that that I had tried on multiple occasions to pick up my stuff and each time was told they'd be pulled...then all of a sudden she tells my stuff is actually there. When I go to pick it up, she gave me a check for $22 for 4 sold items and 4 items returned to me. The items not returned, nor sold, were the more high end dresses, so not sure where those went... Poor communication and feels like I was taken advantage of. read more

I tried to sell some gently used clothing here. They only took about a quarter of what I brought. That in itself isn't that big of a deal, but what did tick me off is that they made me drop it off, then called me to pick it up again, then didn't return my calls to let me know if anything sold and to come pick up the unsold items or the money from whatever did sell. Very, very poor followup. I won't ever be back. read more

SECOND Wow...I used the spa service for lash and brows and sugar hair removal, she did an excellent job and is very pleasant to spend time with. Stumbled across this fabulous consignment shop while visiting Gig Harbor on business. It's obvious the owner only selects the nicer quality pieces for her store and I was amazed how many rooms she had- it doesn't look that big from the outside. I ended up with four pieces of jewelry for work and loved the large selection and pricing. I will be back whenever I'm in the area!! read more

Such a lovely boutique in the heart of beautiful Gig Harbor! My daughter and I just love Sharon's Spa & Resale Boutique. One of the most neat & organized shops that makes it easy to find just what you are looking for. Stop in often, since there is always something new coming in daily. I found a beautiful scarf and like new leather purse, while my teenage daughter found Chico's sweaters & a quality silver necklace. There is something for everyone and you can have a relaxing spa treatment too! The owner Sharon was kind & helpful, making our visit very fun & enjoyable. Being new to Gig Harbor, I wasn't sure who or where to go for some "me" time. A friend recommended Sharon's Spa for facials. I chose her signature Glow Facial, plus the Sugar Eye Brow treatment. What a wonderful way to start my morning. The facial I chose was very soothing and the massage was relaxing. Sharon's Spa room is beautiful, the music was soft, and I felt very comfortable in the setting. No interruptions, I didn't feel rushed, just pure relaxation. Sharon made me feel very welcome. The salon is very nice with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. My appointment was to have my legs and face "sugared". I usually get waxed and was excited to try the sugaring. It was definately more comfortable than waxing! The cost is about the same as waxing. The overall experience was excellent. I would recommend Gig Harbor Glow to my friends. read more

Heed the warnings! I wish I would have! I consigned 20+ items and followed her directions exactly. I even called before the end date to ask her not to donate my unsold items. She assured me it was all taken care of. Alas, few items were returned to me with very little money in return. No account of the items that actually sold. Just a seemingly random dollar amount. She simply said she "couldn't find the rest. They were probably donated." What?! Then, while I was casually glancing around her store, I saw a pair of my shoes that she "couldn't find"! Sitting right there on her display! Seems a lot like fraud to me. She provides no account of the item you place in her care. She clearly is not concerned about her consigners. I really don't know how she has been in business for so long. Or maybe I do... Unethical or just terribly disorganized? I will not return as either a consigner or patron. Surprise! I was the lucky recipient of a free facial as the winner of the " Best Of" drawing. And by the way, Sharon's Spa & Boutique placed 5th out of 150 or so contestants. Today was MY day and I have to say that Sharon sent me to heaven with her organic facial. She puts so much of herself into each step of the pampering process.
