The…read moredidnt install all of the equipment in my contract then when I pointed it out, they said they didnt think I needed it So they didn't install it or make plans to. Mind you, they still wanted to charge me the same as if it was purchased and installed. When I asked them to install it (chlorine feeder) they wanted to install it contrary to the contract because proper installation would require them to replumb most of the system since they never planned to i stall it. They aslo set equipment in an area where I explicitly said, and documented, I didn't want the equipment. When I asked them to move it, they refused and said the system worked which they said means they didn't need to move it. Fortunately I have a vast amount of experience with water treatment , project management and contracts so I was able to identify these issues and call them out. Im sure they would have taken advantage of any less experienced person. These are clear contract breaches and when I tried to resolve the issues with them they stopped answering the phone or returning calls and started sending emails attempting to intimidate me to accept the project for fear of legal recourse. I recommend looking elsewhere for a pool builder. If you happen to roll the dice and use TradeMark just know that you have been warned and make sure to document everything and find someone you trust to help oversee the project.

He is very knowledgeable about above ground pools. Note that they only sell Doughboy products (there are a few brands.) John has spent a lot of time with us in choosing the pool, overseeing the shipping (there were some hiccups since it is the busy season,) helping us with some install issues (not his team.) The entrance is off Pelandale Ave. They have a Costco gas station if you need that as well. I wanted to stop in cause I saw as I was browsing the internet, that Costco has changed up the bagel selection. They sell them in bags of 8 now, instead of requiring you like before to but two bags of six for a dozen bagels. The new price is basically $5.00 for 8, so I guess the price per bagel has gone up, but what hasn't. HERE IS THE BIG NEWS! THE BAGELS ARE NOW WATER BOILED! What that means is they're more like real bagels like you would find in an actual bagel shop, a more dense and chewy bagel, yeah like New York I guess, even though I've never been. The previous bagels were basically fluffy beard donuts! Costco ended their association with Einstein's bagels (the bread donut ones) and now makes their own using water boiling before baking. I tried them and, whoa, what a difference, it way better. Maybe not totally as good as an actual bagel shop, but way better than what they had before. I used to avoid Costco bagels, but not any more.
