So I went shopping for a high quality hot tub at a reasonable price and this was by far the best place I found. They make their own hot tubs to very high standards of quality , and they even resell them to other businesses . Basically a wholesaler. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner initially, several of the employees, and eventually the delivery guys . Every single person conducted themselves with friendly professionalism. Harley and Manny - these two brave souls got stuck with the seemingly impossible task of delivering the hot tub. And even though we encountered multiple problems with the spacing of my backyard , they were able to figure out and Tackle every single one of them. And now I have an awesome hot tub. When I get in it, it feels like it's massaging every part of my body simultaneously . It's a new part of my daily therapy. Thanks guys!

They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the project, and provided exceptional customer service every step of the way. Marie was also great about keeping us updated on dates and times, which made the entire process even easier. Every contractor and crew member who worked on our pool was professional, friendly, and did excellent work. It was clear that everyone took pride in what they do, and the quality of the finished product reflects that. Our pool turned out even better than we imagined, and we are so grateful to the entire Premier Pools team for making our backyard dream a reality. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool project!

It's the exact same issues. Either find a new tech or wave fees if it's the same ongoing problem and just fix it. Word to mouth will hurt you more then you know. The mark up on is insane for you guys only to ignore the facts. . Taking money out of your customers and cutting corner for bandaid fixes is just wrong . It's not good business. Only for us to have to call you guys again and pay for an additional 185. I would recommend people to do their research and look else where. 2 things I regret. .. is getting a pool and even more.... getting a pool through premier.

They were very agreeable to making modifications to the contract and providing a schedule for services as well as a payment schedule. Knowing most pool companies are change order driven I was cautious. Blue Diamond not only understood my concerns they addressed them in the contract. I can say without hesitation this company is the one to use if you are remodeling your pool. Their field staff is amazing and professional. Mind you, they still wanted to charge me the same as if it was purchased and installed. When I asked them to install it (chlorine feeder) they wanted to install it contrary to the contract because proper installation would require them to replumb most of the system since they never planned to i stall it. They aslo set equipment in an area where I explicitly said, and documented, I didn't want the equipment. When I asked them to move it, they refused and said the system worked which they said means they didn't need to move it. Fortunately I have a vast amount of experience with water treatment , project management and contracts so I was able to identify these issues and call them out. Im sure they would have taken advantage of any less experienced person. These are clear contract breaches and when I tried to resolve the issues with them they stopped answering the phone or returning calls and started sending emails attempting to intimidate me to accept the project for fear of legal recourse. I recommend looking elsewhere for a pool builder. If you happen to roll the dice and use TradeMark just know that you have been warned and make sure to document everything and find someone you trust to help oversee the project.

The entrance is off Pelandale Ave. They have a Costco gas station if you need that as well. I wanted to stop in cause I saw as I was browsing the internet, that Costco has changed up the bagel selection. They sell them in bags of 8 now, instead of requiring you like before to but two bags of six for a dozen bagels. The new price is basically $5.00 for 8, so I guess the price per bagel has gone up, but what hasn't. HERE IS THE BIG NEWS! THE BAGELS ARE NOW WATER BOILED! What that means is they're more like real bagels like you would find in an actual bagel shop, a more dense and chewy bagel, yeah like New York I guess, even though I've never been. The previous bagels were basically fluffy beard donuts! Costco ended their association with Einstein's bagels (the bread donut ones) and now makes their own using water boiling before baking. I tried them and, whoa, what a difference, it way better. Maybe not totally as good as an actual bagel shop, but way better than what they had before. I used to avoid Costco bagels, but not any more. Try them out!

Honestly, the entire experience felt like the employees were annoyed that customers were even there. I brought my daughter in to get her picture taken for her Costco card, and the woman helping us was rude and had an attitude from the beginning. She barely acknowledged us and didn't even have the courtesy to tell my daughter she was about to take her picture. She just held up the iPad and snapped it. No "Are you ready?" No smile. Nothing. If you're working directly with customers, basic communication and courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask. Then there's the ridiculously loud music blasting outside. It sounded more like we were walking into a club promotion than Costco. It was obnoxious and completely unnecessary. Checkout wasn't any better. The man checking us out seemed irritated, rushed us through the entire transaction, and came across as rude and disrespectful. At that point, it felt like a pattern rather than one employee having a bad day. Costco charges customers for a membership. The absolute bare minimum should be decent customer service. I don't expect employees to roll out a red carpet, but I do expect to be treated with basic respect and not made to feel like I'm inconveniencing someone by simply shopping there. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and customer service at this location. Being busy is not an excuse for being rude. Looks like I will be going to the Turlock location from now on.
