They make their own hot tubs to very high standards of quality , and they even resell them to other businesses . Basically a wholesaler. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner initially, several of the employees, and eventually the delivery guys . Every single person conducted themselves with friendly professionalism. Harley and Manny - these two brave souls got stuck with the seemingly impossible task of delivering the hot tub. And even though we encountered multiple problems with the spacing of my backyard , they were able to figure out and Tackle every single one of them. And now I have an awesome hot tub. Frustrated by this company. I called in February to have the spa fixed, and $1400 later nothing works. I was told it was ice in the pump, and everything would work once the ice melted. Well the ice is melted and nothing works. The new controls that were installed are cheap and the top surface is already peeling apart. I have a service appointment this Wednesday (that I waited FOREVER for), and will update this review if I have a better experience. What a business! My girlfriend purchased a "floor model" spa from them, and the owner of the company stated that it was only used on the floor and that it was just like a brand new spa. When I was asking him questions on the phone before it was purchased and delivered, I asked if the warranty was the same as any other new spa and he replied, yes. I asked if the shell carried a warranty against blisters and defects and he said, yes. I asked many other questions pertinent to a spa purchase and he answered very smoothly and told me what I wanted to hear. Two members of his crew came over to the house with the "new" spa and set it up. Within 24 hours, we noticed that there were blisters the size of quarters all over the floor and sides of the interior aspect of the spa. We called him up and after 24 hours, he finally responded after us nagging his secretary to return our calls. We even sent him a video of what we had observed on the bottom of the spa. His reply was that we bought a used spa and that he would not exchange it for a new one. There are hundreds of blisters all over the spa. This company does not stand behind its product! In my opinion, If you buy from this company, you are a fool! After reading this yelp review, strongly consider buying your spa from another manufacturer. In my opinion, his spas are the garbage that you would see at a county fair. my warning, run 180° away from this company. Very slick operation. They told me what you want to hear. We received a fiberglass shell of garbage! I've bought other spas in the past and have never had this kind of issue. Stick with a name brand that you can trust. We learned our lesson. We had been so perplexed regarding my Spa not working. Every part that was in it was brand new, so we could not figure out the problem. We always buy our spa's from United Spa in Salida, so we broke down and called them in. We were very lucky to have Manuel the Technician come to fix it, but alas after everything that he inspected it still didnt work. He felt so bad that he could not help us, but suggested that we call in an Electrician, as he felt thats all that was left to check out. We took his advice. Lo and behold the electrical was burned out. Once we fixed that the spa started running and all is well. Thank goodness to Manuels expertise we are happy spa campers.
