We get home only to unwrap it and see the handle is broken. Went back to the store within 20 minutes and the clerk wouldn't exchange it, even had the gall to insinuate that I and other customers are just clumsy and break things and that's why she can't exchange it. Won't be taking my business here anymore.

After stopping at many different ones they all start to look alike at what they are offering - this was our last stop before heading to our car to leave. We peeked inside not looking for anything in particular. One of the highlights of this shop is the collection of unique San Francisco- themed items. We saw these novelty shirts and saw that the pricing was very reasonable. The quality was decent too, not thin material. All the other stores sold shirts too but this was the only store that we actually noticed for the price. We grabbed 3 of our sizes and paid for them. The gal let me know of the 3% add'l fee for using a credit card. Still definitely a great deal in Chinatown! I have been going to this store since I was a child and my mother would bring me. We have kept coming through the years, and I'm so sad that it's about to close. Walking into this shop has always felt nostalgic to me. The smell of incense, the view of the artwork in the walls, all the different and exciting things on each shelf, and the beautiful clothes, will all be missed. The staff are always super helpful and kind. The store is always well put together and clean. If you're seeing this, check it out before it's gone! I unfortunately had to watch my alcoholic beverage intake because I was driving, but it would be great to try a few of the many available options of wine offered at the vendors. Parking: there's a pretty large lot and there's a lot of parking long the street in the surrounding area, but parking can still be a bit hectic due to the popularity of this spot.
