The owner Dmitry came out to clean and inspect my gutters. I had a gutter screen installed so the gutters were clean. There were other issues with my roof as they were related to the vent boots and their mounts, and various cracks in my brick needed sealing to prevent interior leaks from happening. All of these issues were supported by pictures on his phone. He gave me a fair estimate, and a day and time that his crew would arrive that would be the next day. The replacement boots and their mounts (made of metal) were installed, and all cracks were sealed with clear heavy duty silicone caulk. The vent pipes and boot mounts were spray painted black which matched the roof color. All of this work was supported by pictures, and I had a before and after. The fact that high quality replacement vent pipe boot materials were used means that I won't have any leaks to worry about when a heavy rain occurs. I had a small accident on a first floor of my townhome and a water restoration company suggested that I reach out to a roofing company to check regarding a possible chimney leak. I did my research and reached out to DOM. A customer service lady (unfortunately didn't remember her name) was super nice and worked with my complicated schedule on getting someone to me asap. The next day Dima called and informed me that he is headed my way for an inspection. He was very polite, came as promised on time, and gave me a detailed explanation of how everything works with pictures. To say I was impressed - is basically saying nothing at all. I submitted an insurance claim for my roof and Dom was out the next day to inspect the roof for damage. He then met with the insurance adjuster to show where there was damage and helped to get it approved by insurance. While doing my roof they sent videos of themselves on the roof explaining each phase of the process and what exactly they were doing. They far exceeded any expectations I had.
