When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! I noticed after the storm last night that hit my house, that my gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned out. I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. When all was said and done, James did not charge me a dime! I was very impressed with his good attitude, quick wit, and efficiency by getting the job done quickly and in good standards. This company came out within a few weeks and followed up in between to schedule the appointment. Basically, our down spout was repaired and cleared. They were definitely worth the price - we haven't had the issue again and our yard doesn't flood with water. It delayed or maybe saved us from a potentially bigger repair (retention wall) We are pleased with their quality of work and professionalism.

Within about an hour of my long overdue and initial review, I was on the calendar for next day pressure washing! When I say A-MA-ZING, I really mean it!
