We had been watching house after house in our neighborhood getting new roofs and started examining…read moreour own roof for signs of needing replacement all the while hoping that we didn't because of the price. The day that a house behind ours began repairs was very windy. The owner Shannon McDaniel noticed our shingles lifting with the wind and offered to look at our roof and since my husband and I had already been discussing our possible need for a new roof, I agreed. After the inspection he told me that we had storm damage. This is our first house and we had not even entertained the thought of storm damage even though most of the roof repairs in our neighborhood started right after hurricane Irma blew through the state. He had taken pictures of the damage to show me and explained to me why he thought it was due to strong winds. He encouraged me to contact my insurance agent to have one of their adjusters come out and give their opinion. Two days later my insurance adjuster came and Mr. McDaniel took time to come by also. My adjuster had worked with Mr. McDaniel before so within an hour I had approval for a new roof and a check in my hand for the repairs. Two weeks later I had a beautiful new roof. The crew was awesome. They did everything. They moved our trampoline out of the way. They worked quickly and respectfully. They were done in one day and when they left there was not even a nail left in the yard. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

For all practical purposes, he should've walked away yet he stayed and helped me. The only reason I'm giving him a five star review is a 10 story review is not available. The vents were clogged with cat fur back to the unit. The cat had urinated into the vent to the point of someone had rushed through. I would not have blamed him if he had to decline the job. He had to use full protective gear and I really feel sorry for him, but he did the job professionally. I will call him again for additional work. You cannot go wrong hiring this company..

Be wary of all roofers who say insurance will pay for everything, Talk to your agent first.

Brian proceeded to say (as I was saying no) that there is no charge if the insurance company doesn't pay for the whole roof. Wow! I thought that is a nice hook (which he gave to me in writing). I found Mr. Hind to be honest, forthright, and a man of his word. Even though I didn't need a new roof there were some minor repairs that he did and the price was very reasonable. I am updating my review. I previously gave a five star review but have had to change it. First I…read morewant to add that Cesar was very nice and overall the job went well. The problem was the single gate was not level and hangs at an angle. I will admit I did not notice this until the company had been paid in full and left the premises. I notified the fence company once I noticed the fence and sent them a picture of the single gate and asked them to please straighten it or we will discuss getting it replaced if that is what needs to be done. I have too small dogs I felt could get through the opening. I heard back from the fence company and they were very nice. They said they wanted me to be happy and would go over a solution to straighten the gate and would call me and we could discuss it. They never called me to discuss anything and It is clear they feel they are finished with the job. The mistake we made was paying in full for the job. If we had held back some money I am sure they would have come back to straighten the fence. So what we have learned from this experience is pay a deposit and give the balance at the end. We have learned our lesson.
