We had a traditional Indian wedding with a touch of Texas flair, and over the course of five different events--each with its own theme--she brought every vision to life. From our Bridgerton-inspired Mehndi and Flower Market Vidhi, to a Midsummer Night's Dream Sangeet, a Lotus-themed Wedding, and finally our Boots & Sari Texas Ball Reception, every detail was breathtaking. Each event felt unique, magical, and unforgettable. One of the most special moments was during our wedding ceremony. Dipti went above and beyond to find real lotus flowers in honor of my grandmother. Walking down the aisle surrounded by them brought me to tears and made me feel as though she was right there with me. That level of thoughtfulness and care is something we will cherish forever. Dipti will always have backup plans on top of backup plans--something every anxious bride needs! When it rained during our Vidhi, she transformed my parents' garage into an absolute dream. They have a bunch of samples of their decor all around the store which is great so that you can visually see the variety of decor that they have. What I liked best was that the owner had a TV setup with examples of various setups they had done. It gave a great insight on what could be done with what they have. The couple that own the place are very enthusiastic about what they do and I feel like that makes a great difference. The pricing is extremely fair. It's not too high, nor too low. I like that they didn't suggest adding things simply to make more money. They did suggest adding a few elements, but when asked if it would affect the quote they gave they said no and explained that they have "package" deals and adding things doesn't affect the package as a whole. It was evident that they were more interested in giving customers what they want rather than making money. They seem very pleasant to work with and I'd highly recommend them!

Like I said I was doing most of the work myself as far as coordinating but I did need a day of coordinator. I honestly, did not know what their true role would be. I had met Lindsay when I first toured The Gallery (my wedding venue), and loved her personality and knowledge. So when I was ready to book a day of coordinator she was my first choice. Due to a scheduling conflict, I ended up working with a member of her team, Shelby. I was a bit skeptical of the switch at first since I had already fallen in love with Lindsay's work ethic. However, upon being introduced to Shelby I felt comfortable with the switch. From the start she was very responsive and always delivered on her promises. She checked her email all the time and even gave me her personal cell and responded to text messages along the way. Leading up to the wedding, Shelby contacted all vendors and set a very detailed timeline. Even though things don't go smoothly, she was able to adjust on the fly and keep us calm throughout what can be a very stressful day. For the setup of the wedding, she took our instructions and ran with them. As breakdown, she made sure we got back all of personal items. After, the wedding, she even helped tracking down missing items and filling in gaps in the night. I couldn't ask for anything else from a day of coordinator. If you're wondering if it's worth the money? THE ANSWER IS A DEFINITIVE YES!!! Don't stress yourself out or a family member, leave it in the hands of a professional!
