As of June 26, 2026, Bill has been giving me date after date for over two months, promising to return and finish restoring my backyard, but the work still hasn't been completed. My yard is left with piles of dirt, uneven ground, and a large section of concrete that still hasn't been patched. Because of this, my kids haven't been able to safely play outside, and I've had to put off hosting family gatherings all summer. The most frustrating part is that the job has already been paid for. The repeated excuse has been that he's "busy," and communication has been inconsistent, my calls and texts are only answered when it's convenient to him. I appreciated the quality of the plumbing repair itself, but customer service and following through on completing the job have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The floor /carpet was continuously was wet on the outside of the bathroom every time we showered. He came , drilled a hole in my wall and told me that his findings were that the leak came from my shower stall , and it's not in his scope of works to fix that. He charged us $266.56 for the service visit and left . I was never told about the service visit fee when I called requesting his service , and I had not asked , I guess because I was desperate We put a towel to catch the so called leak , but the towel remained dry, and floor continued to get wet everytime we showered. Eventually, my husband and I decided to rehab the bathroom stall and when the contractors came out to look at the work to be done they identified that the leak was actually from the bathtub waste over flow drain lever trip face plate. It was rotted and because of that the water was spilling over. They found it through the very same hole in the wall that Dan made. I have called and texted Dan several times , even providing him with pics of the findings . His response was very blasé the time we spoke and I reminded him that I paid him over $266.56 to find the problem and fix it and he told us the wrong thing. I gave him more than enough time to respond, and to find a solution to this problem , and I've gotten no response. I cannot wait for my ceiling to cave in and I have no choice but to reach out to someone else to have this fixed. Buyer beware this individual may charge you high fees for nothing. George and his team worked with me to diagnose the problem and presented multiple options to get it working again and didn't push me at all. It wasn't until I asked if replacing the old unit would be a better plan in the long run that they even tried to sell me on it. They quoted me multiple fair prices for the various options, researched parts for my very old unit, and in the end quoted me an excellent price for a brand new top of the line 50 gallon Bradford White unit. Once I decided on how I want to move forward, they had a crew at my house in less than 24 hours and did the job quickly and extremely well. They even cleaned up so well afterward that the only sign anyone had been here was the new unit itself. They also were perfectly happy to speak to my home warranty company and help me get my claim finalized. I cannot say enough good things about George Coulter Plumbing. Not only they installed the water heater, they also accompanied me to haul the water heater from Home Depot and installed it the same day. A good existing customer like myself should not be ignored for as many times as I followed up. When we did connect after more than 10 messages I left, the company tried to blame me for leaving the hose connected, without him knowing whether that was the case. It was not the case.
