Even a year after treatment, we're coming in for routine checkups to monitor maintenance and discuss any next steps, and the level of care hasn't changed one bit. The office is always beautifully decorated, currently updated with fun, summery touches that make every visit feel cheerful and welcoming. It's a busy practice (for good reason!), but the team is always professional, attentive, and efficient. We've had nothing but a positive experience here. From the front desk to the orthodontist and his assistants, everyone goes above and beyond. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place. I came to fix my flared teeth and crossbite, but 10 months into treatment I was told my braces could come off even though my teeth are actually more flared then when I started and my crossbite was still present. (Compare my X-rays below to see my flare progress) When I requested my records for a second opinion, the office manager initially told me I could not have them until treatment was complete because they were "confidential," which is not true. The records I eventually received appeared incomplete and were missing documentation of IPR that was performed during treatment. I decided to stop treatment and requested all of my records on April 11, 2026. As of May 13, 2026, I still have not received everything. The office offered me $813 after I sign a release of liability, but they still have not provided a clear breakdown explaining how my refund was calculated. Very disappointing experience overall.

Do not go to this doctors office!! They will try to charge you additional fees that aren't included…read morein your insurance. I visited the office in October 2018 for a Cleaning. They said that they would not be able to do a regular cleaning and I would need a deep cleaning for $150. They refused to do my Regular cleaning which is included. I did not want to pay an additional $150 but decided to due it anyway because of the sales pressure from the staff. I had no cavities... I had a follow up visit on January 29, 2019. They did my regular cleaning. They advised me that I have extra build up and should come every 3 months for a regular cleaning to help with the build up. But once again, I have no cavities. I told them my insurance only covers 2 cleanings a year which is what I will be doing. She said okay no problem. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for my 6 month cleaning & the receptionist said she read the notes and I will need to come in every 3 months for a cleaning. I explained that for 30 years, I have been doing regular cleanings every 6 months with no issues. She said she didn't care what I have done in the past, it was a requirement from their office. I told her I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning (which my insurance pays for.) She said she would make the appointment but the depending on what the Dental Hygienist said, they might require a deep cleaning (additional $150.) I told her I didn't want that. She said "well if that's what they recommend, that's what we will do. We will not give you a regular cleaning" Here is a picture of my teeth!! I brush 2 times a day at least and floss a few times a week. This dentist office refused to give me my regular cleaning & insist I !!! This office is a scam!!
