He came to my house and provided a quote to which I agreed. He indicated his crew would be there either the next day or the day after that. I stayed home both days and he never showed or called or texted. I texted him asking why he hadn't come or called or texted about the job and never received a response. His crews have been working the roads, possibly for PGE, and I saw them out working while I was waiting for him to contact me. I'm guessing he is too busy or something, who knows? --- I ended up going with another local company [insert deleted company] and was very happy with their service.

Beautiful tree but so so messy. He showed up on time and confirmed what we had already discussed during the meeting for his price quote. He had his men carefully climb the tree since we did not have access for large mechanical equipment to be used in the backyard and they removed all the dead and overgrown branches. He has an amazing chipper that ground up all the limbs and branches and made the job go faster. He found a 12 inch diameter branch that was 80% split through that we had not seen and would have potentially fallen this winter! He had us look at the trimmed tree to confirm it was to our satisfaction, then had his guys do an amazing clean up job. Branches and needles from our roof, the neighboring yards and even debris that had fallen before he started his job. His price was competitive. He is fully licensed and insured and I had done work with his father, Jesus, six years ago that I was also very satisfied with. I give his service my highest recommendation to others in our beautiful valley.

I was lucky enough to have booked Daniel and crew at the last minute, having only 4 days in town. He scheduled me for a last minute full tree and hedge trimming all around our yard. He even took down a small tree that was too close to the house. Now our magnolia and Japanese maple look lighter and can breathe! They showed up on time and worked really quickly - I was surprised at how fast and efficiently they finished the job. They left the whole property neat and clean, and wished me well. They also removed a plum tree and several "volunteer" plums that were sprouting up nearby. Drew seems to have a genuine appreciation for trees and for his work. He made lots of sensible recommendations when he came out to give me an estimate over a month ago. Beware--if all you want to do is chop down all your oak trees, he may not be your guy. He recommended taking out two of mine that were in decline, but told me that with pruning, the others could be preserved while still giving my back yard much more light. Drew's crew were incredibly polite--all "please" and "thank you"-- which was a refreshing departure from what I expected, especially since they all seemed so young! They got right to work taking down the trees designated for removal, which they finished in no time. The rest of the day was spent (with Drew right in there helping) pruning my remaining oaks. I never knew trees could lose so much dead wood and still be so beautiful! It seemed like the crew hauled 10 trees' worth of wood out of my yard, and yet my trees are alive, beautiful and obviously "happy" now. The crew also did an amazing clean up job-- it looked like the gardening crew had just been there! The job cost came in exactly as estimated, even though they spent a *long* day at my house.
