Today, a truck labeled G & F Oliveros Landscaping was driving down my street and I called the number and I could not be happier with what happened next. I called the number and a gentleman from the company came out and gave an estimate to dig up some old shrubs, cut the grass, do a spring cleanup and plant new box hedges. I accepted the estimate and within 30 minutes his crew began working on my front and back yard. They were very professional, took all of the yard debris away and finished the work in under 1.5 hours. I will definitely hire this company again and I'm very glad I saw them drive down my street today!

I watched him run over a paper cup on my lawn instead of pick it up he kept running it over ,then when he was done didn't even bother to blow it off the lawn ,he left the shreds of paper on the lawn.2.)I had true green apply chemicals on my lawn and I forgot to pull up the one of the warning sign they leave . I watched him run it over and leave all the plastic bits in the lawn.3.)There were some dead bunches of leaves by the curb by my lawn that when he was done he blew them under some bushes between mine and my neighbors house.Half of the debree that he did manage to blow off my lawn ended up half way across the street in front of my neighbor's house. Rather than fully clean up the dead leaves in our garden beds, they focused more on cutting our lawn and blowing the leaves off our driveway, which to me doesn't entail a spring clean up. When I mentioned that there were still leaves in our garden beds, the owner took a look and said "we could probably have spent a little more time on them." End of conversation.... We then decided to give their chemical treatment plan a shot ($400), which turned out to be a disaster. Our conversation to begin scheduling the 4 round treatment began in April. Come June and still nothing had been done. In fairness we kept getting rain, which they were waiting to end. Finally one day I drove home just as their truck pulled up. Two guys came, stuck in treatment signs, and then left. When I texted the owner confused whether they would actually be doing work, the owner texted me back saying they would come back when the weather got cooler. A week later, I texted the owner again to see when the treatment plan would begin, and he insisted that his guys had put down the first round of treatment. Unless my own eyes deceived me, there was no way that this happened. At this point I told him we wanted to sever ties. He berated me over the phone and then hung up. This owner was using the workers of LaCorte Landscaping to do his lawn maintenance contracts without the owners permission or knowledge. When I approached the workers sitting in a LaCorte landscape truck, I asked for the contact number for the owner of LaCorte. THEY did not give me LaCorte. They gave me Bertin Palacios number instead. They then proceeded to come to my house in a LaCorte maintenance vehicle, used the employees of LaCorte , did his businesses maintenance agreements on someone else's payroll time, and collected the check addressed to him for nearly two years. Recently the workers (who were really working for LaCorte but said Palacios was their supervisor) during normal business hours, refused to provide professional service as agreed to at time of contract. They mowed the lawn, refused to blow leaves off the entire property. Did 2/3 of property left rest looking shabby. Tried to say the leaves that had NOT been cleaned for weeks was due to a storm. That was totally false! When I complained to Palacios he showed up himself in a truck that did not say LaCorte but said Palacios. He became argumentative and problematic. I terminated his services. I was suspicious and called the number prior to making a public complaint against the truck that was showing up to my home. Only to find out that the real owner of the LaCorte business DID NOT know that this is what his workers were doing during his business hours...referring all his customers to Palacios (a different business) and using his equipment for lawn maintenance contracts without his permission. On top of that doing an incomplete job with the customer. Crooked!
