I have been with this company since 2019. The only service they consistently provide is mowing the lawn. Despite requesting additional services such as bush trimming and lawn treatments, nothing has ever been done. Communication is also very difficult. It's almost impossible to get in touch with Eli, and even when you do and ask for a copy of your bill, don't expect to receive it. I've requested my 2025 invoice several times, and as of August 3, 2026, I still haven't received it. You might wonder why I've stayed with this company for so long. The answer is loyalty. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and following up multiple times, but nothing has changed. If you're looking for a company that provides reliable communication and follows through on customer requests, this has not been my experience. read more

Ageless Landscape were so professional and thorough when it came to cleaning up my property. My property had not been cleaned in over a year. I had many Landscaping companies prior to Ageless Landscaping. These Lanscaping companies would do their cleaning but I would always find that they didn't do anything thoroughly like clean underneath the fence. After reading positive reviews in Yelp about this company I contacted them for Landscape services at my property. Eli came to the property on time and seemed nice and reasonable and assured that the company would provide the necessary service and provide an estimation. A week went by and did not hear back. So I texted and got a rough estimate and I OK'D and asked for a formal quote. I was patient but he just kept us hanging without any quotes, messages, or any phone call. We had to resort to using a different Landscape company which was a much better and nicer service. Don't be fooled, may seem nice but keeps you hanging and waiting and the service never arrives. Landscaping on a schedule is ultimately an easy business. Show up on time and do what the customer asks. Ageless has the latter right. But as for the former? They could not be more horrible. I hired them to do semi-monthly lawn care and they just can't manage to show up on a regular basis. To make matters worse, the proprietor, Eli does not return text or phone calls. AVOID these people. Landscapers are a dime a dozen in Westchester County. Find one who is competent AND professional. Ageless will likely not be the one. read more

FANTASTIC!!! Just like anything else when searching for a service you never know what you're going to get sometimes. I found Ageless and spoke to Eli after a google search and asked him if he could provide me a quote to have my rental property backyard cleaned out since it was taken over by overgrown weeds. The following day he stopped by to take a look and provided me a very well written, professional quote that immediately made me feel as if I was dealing with a professional and not a fly by night guy with a lawnmower. I work in Midtown as a Chief Engineer and deal with estimates and quotes all the time, so this was nice to see. I agreed to his price which I thought was fair for the amount of work needed and he said he'd show up the next day to get it done. He said he'd be there at 10am and I received a text from my tenant saying he was there exactly at 10am. Punctuality is a beautiful thing in business. I wasn't able to be on site for the work so Eli touched base with me periodically on updates and sent me photos upon completion and I was just floored on how well of a job they did, how clean they were, and how professional Eli and his crew were. I paid him Via Zelle since I was at work, and that was the end of that. I never met Eli during this transaction and you would imagine that would make things harder, but it didn't. He's a professional and does the right thing, and that's hard to find today. You would be hard pressed to find a better company than this! Eli and his team have absolutely been wonderful to our family. My Grandfather is a WWII veteran currently in hospice in his home and is one hundred years old. My Grandfather worked until he was seventy five years of age and was always in the garden, caring for the interior and exterior of the home.
