We don't wear shoes in the house and I was impressed that he took notice and his shoes came off immediately without needing to prompted. Once complete i did a quick visual inspection and noticed a couple areas that i questioned but thought I would wait until the caulking settled / dried. After two or so days I noticed some areas that I wasn't happy with (i'm a tad picky). I contacted Tyson and he immediately apologized and scheduled to come back. He stripped the previous caulking and reapplied it. Once he was done i was blown away! It was better than before. It was better than what I had originally expected.
