We don't wear shoes in the house and I was impressed that he took notice and his shoes came off immediately without needing to prompted. He was very quick and thorough and cleaned up as he progressed thru the job. Once complete i did a quick visual inspection and noticed a couple areas that i questioned but thought I would wait until the caulking settled / dried. After two or so days I noticed some areas that I wasn't happy with (i'm a tad picky). I contacted Tyson and he immediately apologized and scheduled to come back. He stripped the previous caulking and reapplied it. Once he was done i was blown away! It was better than before. It was better than what I had originally expected.
