Over eight months ago, Dominic was one of three estimates I received for asphalt paving of my driveway. His pricing was right in the middle, but what made me choose his company was Dominic himself. His professionalism, transparency, and honesty stood above the other companies. There was an immediate level of trust. On the day the work was scheduled, his team arrived on time, was respectful of the property, and completed the task within the time they estimated. No issues, no surprises. They did an outstanding job. Fast forward six months. I noticed the driveway was sinking, and I called Dominic to take a look. He came over to the house immediately and instantly saw that the issue was not the asphalt, but potentially a sewer line. I brought in a plumbing firm who confirmed the issue, that the sewer line was collapsing and bringing down the dirt and asphalt above it. To make a long story, just a bit shorter, when I told Dominic what the situation was and the cost of the repair, he stepped right up and offered to re-pave the driveway at no cost. He said he understood how expensive that job was and he'd be happy to help out. You do not get that type of compassion and customer service these days. Dominic did an amazing job on our driveway repave and expansion. He is extremely knowledgeable about driveways and any potential issues. By far the best quote and the most detail-oriented and transparent process we experienced when meeting with contractors for this work. He listened to what we wanted, and explained how the quirks of our particular property would inform the process including how to make the best use of available space while protecting our landscaping and improving the grading so that rainwater would be directed more effectively away from the garage slab. I can't comment on their work, but I called for a quote on re-paving a driveway and their estimate was the highest of the quotes I received. It was higher than the next highest quote by roughly 50% (and would have been more than $6/sqft). They performed their quote by looking at google maps over the phone so maybe they added some wiggle room. I ended up choosing another company that took the time to come out and talk with me (and was closer to $4/sqft - which is already on the high end). Having said all that, please take my review with a grain of salt. They might have come up with a more reasonable number if they had thought longer about the project. Owner got mad at me for choosing a different company. First, he took a a month to call me back. Then said he had no time to come out to estimate the work. Said to to give square feet of area of work so I did. Another month to give estimate. I as a owner of a company I would never say " you hustle me for a estimate". Dominic is lying and not trying to resolve this. He is still holding on to and in essence trying to steal almost $3k. Why won't he return a customer's deposit when no work has been done? All I can say is WOW! I contacted five different contractors to redo my driveway. Dominic was the only one who recognized my severe water drainage problem, and suggest actions to correct it! I had water draining into my garage as a result of poor workmanship by the previous Paving contractor. It was very obvious and none of the other potentials caught on. it was obvious who knew what they were doing and who did not. Dominick's price was reasonable, and he was a very nice person! So, some guys knocked on my door, and told me they could fix my badly damaged driveway. Since i dont do business with these types, i decided to search Yelp for a legitimate contractor... 1 of the comanies I called for a quote was Dominic's. After careful evaluation of the 4 proposals i recieved from different contractors, i decided on Dominic because I liked the attention to detail in his description of the work that he proposed. I also liked the price, which was 2nd to the lowest. Everything went very smooth, from scheduling... to completion! Dominic, and his crew worked tirelessly, and professionally in sweltering heat... kudos! I waited 6 months to post this review to make sure the driveway kept in good shape, and it certainly did! I wrote to Dominic asking for a quote to patch and put seal coating on a cul-de-sac. He asked if it was owned by homeowners. I said yes. He then said that this job did not fit with his business and would not give me a quote. Yet his website indicates that he services residences. read more

I got several quotes to resurface my asphalt driveway. Dominic was the only person who wanted to meet me to discuss what I wanted. He drove at least 45 minutes each way to meet me on a Sunday afternoon, and he spent an hour with me going over the options and explaining how he would do everything. I gave him a down payment on the spot. He was always responsive to calls and emails, and he did the work promptly. Most important, it was done right and done beautifully. Dominic's quote wasn't the lowest, but it was competitive, and I'm really happy with the way everything turned out. Look no further, Dominic is the only paving company you should trust your driveway repairs with. After gathering close to 10 estimates of which some were fudged to charge you more for unnecessary work, trusted the Yelpers and connected with Dominic. He gave me an estimate to repair my cracked, sagging and worn out driveway with widening that can accommodate 7 to 8 cars and still ended to be the most competitive. As we all know, mother nature plays a crucial role when doing this type of repair, had to be rescheduled due to continous rain. New date provided to be the perfect choice, two days of perfect mid 50's to high 60's weather. Prep on the first day and finishing work done by Dominic and his Son with some workers on the last day. My neighbors have complimented the work and I have passed along his info to a good friend who is a property manager and a church friend who needs work on her driveway.
