Now the problem, my prescription would run out before that date. At my other appointments the nurse drew the required blood for the prescription. Now, I'm being told the office can not draw my blood and I should go to a lab of my choice and then they would renew the prescription. What?? Can't a nurse there draw my blood? No. Can't a Dr. review the results and renew my prescription? Evidently not, because I got nowhere with my questions.

I needed specialist pt which not everyone offers for the pelvic floor. I've had issues before and…read morebeen treated. I honestly don't think they had a specialty in this area. Not only that but I was put on the floor where other patients were less then 2 feet away and my person intimate business was being discussed. Place is usually packed with patients. So I really was shocked my business was out for people to hear. Usually for pelvic floor you get your own room and they have to get alittle intimate at times just to gauge the issue which didn't happen. I'm sure they're great at regular pt! but for pelvic floor you always have to ask if they have a specialist in the office because it's not often they do.they can be pretty hard to find. I ended up finding another pt and they called me a month later after I canceled all of my appointments, to schedule more? I thought that was pretty clear that I wasn't going anymore... I'm not posting this to be vicious but if you need this specialty and you go and feel it's not working for you. I suggest trying someone else.

The office is not my PCP, but I have visited them for urgent care in the past (they merged with or…read morewere previously on 610 near Paddy's). I looked online today to check the hours because I needed to be seen around midday and wanted to see if they closed for lunch. I did not see posted closure hours, so took a chance. I have to say, I was disturbed by all the negative comments based on my own experiences. I went in at 1250 and, yes, they were closing between 1300 and 1330 for lunch BUT offered me the choice of walk-in after OR schedule an appointment at 1530. I thanked them, but declined both because my PCP had offered to get me in at 1330 and I have rampantly spreading infected poison ivy and every second counted. (IYKYK) The office staff was good natured and friendly and I feel they gave me reasonable options to be seen. As for the other times I have been there, they have been for urgent care when I could not get into my PCP (who also has an Urgent Care option, but it is usually a pretty long wait because like everyone else, I often need to be seen on a Monday). I have consistently received very professional, thorough, considerate, compassionate, and comprehensive care. Prescriptions are always sent promptly to where I request. They even called to follow up on my progress once! If an upper respiratory infection lingers (I'm asthmatic. Again...IYKYK.) and I have to follow up with my PCP, they agree with the protocols I received here. I have no complaints. I don't like giving five star reviews when there have been such negative ones, because people think they are shills. (At least I do.) But, I really do think highly of the providers I have seen at this practice.
