I wish we could give decimal point scores because this establishment would definitely be a 3.9! I…read morerefrain from giving it a four star rating only because the food is very traditionally American. Which is what they are going for and they succeed but unfortunately there's just nothing to exciting about it. The side salad we had was some lettuce, and arugula with some bacon bits (not real bacon) and it was what you would expect from a pizza shop when it comes to a side salad. Mine did have some wilted lettuce that was a bit discolored but you can't be perfect all the time, no restaurant is! The "Ranchsticks" were really good! It was almost like a little mini-pizza in itself. It had a really wonderful ranch sauce and then covered in melted cheese. The flavors were abound! The "Engineer" calzone was enormous! I was in awe of this bad boy when it came out! You definitely get your moneys worth out of this $11 calzone. The flavors were very expected. It tasted like mushroom, olive and Canadian bacon, and that's what you got. Nothing hiding there to jump out and surprise you; just as advertised! The service was fantastic! We were never having to wait and look around for our server as she was always attentive and made sure our needs as customers were met. The glasses never went empty as I would say! They did have some live music going on which was a nice touch, but I will say, if you're on the dining side and not the bar side it would be nice if you didn't have to listen to the live music as the two sides are separated and if we wanted to go into that atmosphere we would've simply walked to the bar side but instead we just wanted to quietly eat our dinner and converse but it was made difficult by the live music continually switching back and forth from side to side. The history of the place is awesome and was the actual train station back in the day and being a guy who loves history the ambiance was lovely and appreciated! They are also extremely clean and everything seemed very well kept. Wouldn't mind stopping by again and catching the train and maybe this time actually get the pizza, haha!

At 10.99 you would think I would get tomatoes and cheespe as it says on the menu. Nope. It was so small it doesn't fill the bottom of the little black container. What a joke. I ordered a dinner salad and asked for tomatoes. 2 small and very thin slices. Haha. Oh the lettuce was warm and b rown and wilted. Yuk. I ordered a large Diet Coke What another joke. 2 bucks for a 12 oz cup. Size of a can. I hope I don't get sick.

We rolled into Twin Falls pretty late, and since almost everything was closed, we decided to grab…read moresome to-go food from Buffalo Wild Wings. Honestly... big mistake. The chicken strips were way over-fried and completely drowned in buffalo sauce -- it was so sour I could barely finish a piece. The burger wasn't any better; it was soaked in grease and just fell apart. I really wanted something comforting after a long drive, but this meal wasn't it. The only thing saving this review from being one star is the staff at the front. The server who took care of us was super friendly and had a smile on the whole time, even though it was late. I really appreciate that kind of attitude. But in the back, you could literally hear the kitchen complaining about incoming orders. Like... come on. It was still a full hour before closing, and besides us, there were a few DoorDash drivers waiting too. I totally get being tired, but if you're open until 1 AM, orders before midnight shouldn't feel like a burden. Since it was a takeout order, I can't speak for the dine-in vibe, but from what I saw, the place looked clean and pretty spacious -- typical sports bar setup. Maybe things run smoother during regular dinner hours, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn't come back unless I absolutely had no other option.

On the 4th of July, my boyfriend and I decided to take a day trip from Elko to Twin Falls. After…read morewalking around the mall for a while, we were hungry and decided to sit at the bar in B-Dubs. It was happy hour so I got a Strawberry Margarita for $6! My boyfriend got a Redbull Sunrise. The Sunrise had Sauza Gold, Watermelon Red Bull, lime sour, passion fruit, fresh lime and was absolutely to die for! The margarita was good too but next time I'll get the Sunrise! We ordered Fried Pickles for an appetizer and they were crispy and fresh! The Southwestern Ranch was realllly good! I do however wish it was a fuller basket of them. For lunch I ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich and asked for Southwestern Ranch for the fries and my boyfriend ordered 6 Buffalo wings, extra saucy with Ranch & Celery. My order came out very quickly. The chicken was super hot. Fresh out of the fryer and seasoned very well. The Bacon Aioli was to die for. The slaw wasn't over dressed and the pickles added a nice tanginess. However my boyfriend's meal took much longer to come out, which led to me eating a bit and then wanting to wait for his to come out. By the time it finally did, my food was getting cold. Le sigh. At least he got to eat his food when it was still hot and delicious! When the final bill arrived I also was surprised to see an up-charge for the southwestern ranch. It's fine there's an up charge, however if I had been told previous to ordering that it was more, I would have just gotten ranch with my fries. The food was great! But the over all experience left us wishing for a bit more. 4 out of 5

First time here at Koto, in town on business, wanted a nice lunch, not some chain restaurant stuff,…read morerecommend by a stranger. Nice rustic simple inside, brewery too, had a decent selection, so, nice atmosphere, I can see it would be very busy on the weekends. Menu isn't extensive, but doesn't need to be, pub food, but some very interesting selections. My colleague and I started with the Curry fries, that we're excellent, very flavorful and the right amount of spice. I had a simple burger with chips, however, it was prepared very well, great presentation and quality, it was very good, really enjoyed it. My colleague had a Teriyaki Bowl, but again, very great presentation, a nice effort put into it, some great ingredients and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was Morea, she was very pleasant, sincere, and professional, very genuine and made the experience even better. I highly recommend Koto, friendly, clean and appealing atmosphere, nice thought put into the food, my compliments to the chef, will definitely be back again!

Passed through Twin Falls again and decided to give Koto Brewing another chance. I'm sorry to say…read morethat it was every bit as disappointing this time as it was the last time. Once again, the service was abominably slow. Friendly, but so slow as to be off-putting. The food was good, though our fries were stone cold and tough. We wanted to send them back but it took so long to get them the first time that we just gave up and didn't eat them. I honestly can't understand how this place is so popular with the locals. I guess the slow service would be forgivable if the beer were good, but honestly it is absolutely the worst beer I've ever had at a craft brewery. We tried three varieties, and all were insipid and over-hopped. We tried the cider (from another brewer) and left it unfinished on the table. We will not be going back.
