It's perfect for what it is. Play place, cheeseburgers, ice cream. Restaurant was clean. Food came out quickly. Employees were friendly.

Went an hr before close, and I asked for a taco salad extra meat, she has to check if they had meat until close, and I understood that, but when I got home, looked at my taco salad and there was no shell. Like what's the point of a taco salad? I'm just confused why they wouldn't just tell me and I could've gotten something else to eat. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal, frys and a soda. I was traveling from Arizona and wanted to stop in. I have not been to one since a kid. Was shocked to see it and had to make the stop. Well I soon found out why they have not been around in mosty major cities. Food is like cafeteria food. Pretty meh... The staff seemed out of it. I saw our burgers sitting up in the warm tray forever. There was only a couple guest in the whole place. I rember Artic Circle was my first try in the "fry sauce" world. They still have it. The manager is very understanding. The workers are kind and make the environment amazing! The children can waste all their energy on the play area. The food is fantastic. Service though the drive thru was quick. Burgers were not as tasty or hot as I remember. But to be honest we stopped mostly to get fries and their fry sauce. Got lunch in a quick and timely manner. More importantly we got fry sauce and fries. We got 4 fries. So I asked for extra fry sauce she gave me exactly 4. I asked again for extra and she gave me 2 more. read more

This is literally the worst fast food I've ever had! I got the chicken lemon pepper sandwich not only was it dry but the buns were soggy. To the point this shit was a choking hazard. What has happened? Used to be crowded with people enjoying a lime Ricky, delicious hamburgers and fries. I stopped after a long absence one Sunday at lunch. We were the only customers. A group of high school aged employees hovered in a corner chatting. Ordered a burger - it arrived cold - bun unwarmed, cheese unmelted, meat luke warm. Took it back and told them it was cold and got the stink eye from the cook like he wanted to fight. What a disappointment. Was among my favorite stops when in town. Place is dirty with counters and tables not wiped. Service is terrible. This lady stood there behind the register just going through receipts while I was standing right in front of her. Drive through on a Sunday evening. I was so excited to see an Arctic Circle! My first job ever back in Oregon 30 years ago. Lol I was flustered so quickly ordered a double cheese burger with fries. The fries were really soggy and greasy. The burger was.. meh. But the sweet guy at the counter! I told him how I love Artic Circle fry sauce and HE HOOKED ME UP! Plus I bought a take home bottle. I love this restaurant. It's great for kids to eat some good, affordable food, it's an excellent, clean environment, and the staff are SO nice and friendly. Especially the manager, Karen. She will talk with you and make you feel welcome. Not like the other staff elsewhere who will rush you and do the bare minimum. I really really liked eating here and I was glad I stopped in. Before the management wasn't great, so I was a little cautious. But, I ended up leaving the place with a belly full of a delicious bacon burger, some crispy fries, and a cookie dough shake. I cannot praise this restaurant more. Amazing job Karen and staff. read more

The Angus Mushroom Swiss burger is the best burger I've had in a while. Gotta go to the Blue Lakes location. I went to Wendell this last week and it was lacking the flavor that the Twin Falls location has. I only wish that I was given some fry sauce for my fries. read more

The food here is not edible. Ordered the halibut and chips and 2 cheeseburgers. The fish was disgusting. Couldn't eat it. One cheeseburger, the top bun was torn in half and thrown in the bag so it fell apart. The workers were standing around complaing and threw our food on the table and walked off. After waiting in the "fast food" line for 40 minutes today, ran into the building to use the bathroom where dirty diapers were stinking up the bathroom and no paper towels, back to the car....no movement. Finally arrived at the window, frustrated as you might imagine. I asked how many employees were working,,,6! Not a single customer was inside...what the hell? I grew up in the area, excited to take my teenage girls down memory lane. A memory for sure! I asked if our food was ready prior to paying and the window employee closed the window on us and what appeared to be a 13 year old manager opened the window asking what the problem was... welp this wasn't going to go over well. My problem was...See above. Since our food wasn't ready I wasn't prepared to pay so she said ok and started closing the window.... I mentioned I might remember the owner of the place and she laughed...it's "CORPORATE". I guess "Corporate" means, no customer service required. My son and I used the drive thru last night to get 2 bags of burgers, regular and cheese burgers. It's an hour drive to home from Twin, when we got home we were both starving and those bags of burgers vanished. Issue #1, all the burgers in each bag were squished. when they put the burgers in the paper sleeve wrapper they smashed the burgers folding he paper in. Issue #2, after eating the burgers very early the next morning we were both in the bathroom emptying our stomachs from both ends. read more

We had great food! The shakes were delicious! The kids had fun in the play area. Would recommend for a quick bite!

Really enjoyed this place. We stopped in here to let the kids stretch their legs during a cross country road trip. The play area was nice and clean. I'd never been to one of these chain restaurants before so I was excited to try it. The kids loved their "chicken rings" which were essentially chicken nuggets that looked like onion rings, my husband got the cod sandwich and really enjoyed it. Nothing to go out of your way for. Burger was Ok and the fry sauce is just ketchup and mayo mixed. If your going to get fast food I would say probably go to the bigger chains. They do have good ice cream so if your near and have an urge ice cream is hard to mess up. read more

Every time I go through the drive thru they always ask to wait. I understand they get busy and can't take an order right away, but when you absolutely can't multitask and keep asking me to repeat what I ordered you shouldn't be taking someone's order. Pay attention to what your customer is ordering. Your customers are the reason you go home with a paycheck. read more

We just moved to the area, and a neighbor told us about how she and her family walk here for an ice cream in the really hot summer evenings, and we thought that sounded wonderful. An added bonus is that we like supporting locally owned businesses. We decided to walk down and try a milk shake. When we walked in, the place smelled terrible- like when you leave a wet wash cloth out. While ordering, I noticed that the milkshake machine was dirty from the previous milkshake, but assumed they'd clean it before making ours. They didn't. The part of the machine that goes into the milkshake was totally caked in old milkshake junk when they put it in ours. One of the women working their sneezed into her hand then wiped it on her pants while handling an order. Another woman was cleaning the space between the seats and the wall, then folding her blackened and filthy wash cloth on the tables before moving on to the next seat, without washing the tables between. The place felt so filthy, I felt like I couldn't touch anything. When our order was called, we took our milkshakes, walked outside, and threw them away. Never again. read more
