Biggest joke of a Domino's I've ever seen in my life. Called In and waited on hold for 39 minutes. Some kid answered the phone after all that time on hold and says "please hold" I waited for another 11 minutes on hold. He then answers and says "sorry we're closed" I told him I had been on hold for 50 minutes and he said "sorry bro" then hung up. If any management reads this post whoever was working at 12:00 on October 1st a male needs to be fired. He's a joke of an employee and obviously did that on purpose because he wanted off work and didn't feel like doing his job. I'm a local Minnesota business owner as well and this is uncalled for and I'd never put up with it as a business owner. Your employees working 12:00am October 1st 2023 need to be fired. Food is good. an older gentleman chucked the food through the driver side window. the sauce we ordered went on the floor. he was quite rude.

I don't post reviews but I have to on this one. My pizza came with no cheese and when I called the employee who was supposed to be the manager told me I was wrong and hung up on me! Toppings wont even stay on pizza! I will not be back! Very poor customer service. read more

This store was great. The nice lady who helped me sort thru the whole virtual ordering was great. She was very friendly and helpful, she called for help and the man arrived promptly to assist in sorting thru the confusion. And the other lady behind the counter was friendly as well. I believe her name tag said Dan. Anyhow I will return to this pizza parlor for all my pizza needs and more. I would recommend to all my friends in So Cal. read more

Pretty typical Dominos overall. They did get one item on our order wrong. Be sure to have plenty of water--like all Dominos I have had in recent years, this is loaded with salt. read more

It was a Friday night around 9pm and I had been awake for 25 hours due to my position in healthcare. I was exhausted, hungry and looking for something quick. I ordered online and went to pick it up. When we got home, my son handed me a piece of cold, hard cheese pizza. We ordered a new York large with white sauce, chicken, mushrooms and half onions. I called the store and told them we got the wrong pizza. The guy on the phone told the cook and the cook started arguing with him (I could hear this through the phone) that he made the right pizza. The cook got on the phone and said I know it was right I made the pizza and I said well this is not what I ordered. He said he handed it to my daughter and he could give me a store credit. I said I'd like to get it now because I can't eat tomatoes. He said okay well bring the other one back. I went to hang up and could hear him telling the other people he knew he made the right one. I got back there and the guy at the counter said he saw my order online and knew what it should have been. The cook came up and literally did not even start making a replacement until he saw that I in fact DID get the wrong pizza. His attitude was awful and there is no reason I had to drive my ass back to the store to prove that I got the wrong pizza before it was made right. Then we got home and had to re bake it because the dough was raw in the center. Really lame. read more

Staff is very helpful in preparing my order. Friendly. Fast service. I go there weekly. Best pizza in town.

Have ordered from here since they opened. Tonight our order took almost 1 1/2 hours to arrive with no explanation until we called and waited over 10 minutes for an answer! When we finally got our pizza it was ice cold; last order from us. Papa Murphy from now on!! read more

The food was old and cold and it took them an hour and a half to get here and there was old noodles and the noodles had like mold or something on them and they weren't good and it was all cold and they said that it would be hot and quick and their commercials just lie and it wasn't good and it was spicy and it said that it wasn't it was really bad so I don't recommend eating there cuz the food isn't good and it's cold and it take so long to get to you so I don't recommend eating their read more

This store used to always prepare great pizza but has been a joke lately. It's always late and has dropped immensely in quality. I think it is because of the mew management. Oh well, I guess I'll get pizza elsewhere from now on. read more

Was the best place in town to get a pizza, and sadly still is. Service and quality has taken a drastic drop. It used to be 5 stars for service and prompt delivery. Now it's up to 45 minutes for a delivery when we live less than 4 miles away. Sometimes the pizza would show up cold or messed up from driving around and sliding. One time it was even squished!! Another time when we had ordered a carry out, when the app stated it was ready I walked in and was told it wasn't. Paid, sat and waited for 15. Saw a delivery guy run in, pull out a pizza, place it on a metal table (not the warming rack) grab a 2 liter, and run out the front entrance. Waited another 20 minutes and walked up to ask about it, just to find out that it was our pizza on the table. They handed it to us, cold. Would not make a new one or even warm it up. This place is a joke we have placed an online order multiple times and its always messed up order is screwed up or only half order comes. You call and talk to manager and they offer to deliver the crap food that has been under the heater for an hr which is freaking gross. Im shocked how they can stay in business. We used to love ordering from here, but I think we need to find a new pizza place! Just this week our family ordered and they forgot to put cheese on top of the cheesy bread. We drove it back and had it re-made. Then my work orders here for lunch and I ordered a white sauce with ham and pineapple, there have been about 4 onions on my pizza. When you hate onions and you're pregnant, that's a huge deal. Last month they forgot my wings and then told me it would be a long time to deliver new ones so they would just credit me. The quality of the food is going down hill, sometimes our pizza doesn't even have cheese that covers the sauce. We've had parmesan bites that were still raw. It's too bad, used to be my favorite place. read more
