I placed an order on 11/11/2025 around 10:30 PM via Uber Eats. The app indicated that an employee from Domino's would deliver my order. After being on hold for about an hour, a staff member answered and said, "Thank you for calling Domino's," then used inappropriate language and put me back on hold. The store was still open until 1:00 AM, but this interaction demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. - Employee gave ALL that and LAZINESS! read more

There's a guy vaping while he's working behind the counter. Terrible store. Took forever. Food was good.

Avoid this place at all costs. We ordered a pizza for delivery from our hotel at 9:25. At 10:45 the app was still showing that it was still being quality checked, so we began trying to call the place. Several times. No one would ever actually answer - it would just go to a recording - so at about 11:00 my girlfriend actually drove to the place only to find our order sitting behind the counter getting cold. The guy behind the counter couldn't have cared less. So she returned to our hotel with our cold pizza which probably wouldn't have been great even when it was hot. Lesson learned. read more

The guys working were so chill! I called in my order and was on my way in 10 minutes they had it ready. They weren't stingy with the ranch, although, they did mess up my order maybe the guy didn't hear me well through the phone but he didn't give me the right sauce of wings. Mistakes happen. If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered 2 pizzas on Friday night through the online app around 7pm. The estimated delivery time was 7:48-7:58pm which seemed reasonable for a Friday night. 8pm came no pizza. According to the app it went to quality check at 7:27pm. The app then said the driver left the store at 8:07pm. It's a 12 minute drive to my house. 8:30 came no pizza. I called the store, got put on hold, but hung up after no one picked up in 10 minutes. At 8:45 I got a text saying the driver was 2 minutes out. The pizza arrived at 8:48 - almost 2 hours after ordering. It was barely warm. Listen to the reviews I placed and order that was never recieved called back to get the persons name who was responsible for canceling my number when some one else answered and said " I don't need her name" this dominos is an embarrassment to all dominos. Placed an order at 11:04 am to try and beat the lunch rush. At 12:05, I tried to call the restaurant to see where my order was; I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. At 12:35, I got a call from the store saying there were only two people working that day and wanting to know if I'd like to cancel my order. My exact words were, "well no, I've been waiting all this time and I don't have time to call somewhere else." He cut me off and said, "ok, I'll cancel your order then" and immediately hung up. we ordered pizza and molten lava cakes at 11:10 pm. Quality check began at 11:18. We received our order at 12:30 am. according to our gps, we live 8 minutes away from this dominoes. How did it take them over an hour to get here? Unsurprisingly the pizza was not hot in the slightest, and they didn't follow our special instructions. It's Domino's.. you get what you should expect. Fast turnaround for a pretty good pizza spot. A few years ago they redid their recipes and standard of quality for ingredients and they did a great job of it. Ordering online is a breeze and the ingredients are good quality. We ordered 2 pizzas and waited. When the app told us the driver was arriving, we went out to meet him, only to see him making a u-turn at our neighbors (we live in a condo complex) and driving away. He never even bothered to drive into my neighborhood to look for my home, which is very very clearly marked. Not only the best Domino's I've ever had, but by far, one of the best pizza joints in Asheville! I don't know what their secret is but they have become a favorite in my home. Christy is awesome and almost always delivers a delicious pizza. The one time we had an issue with one of our pizzas, she offered to either make it over on the spot for delivery or pick-up or credit us for a future order. Their quality and service goes above and beyond and they should be a model for Domino's franchises everywhere! read more

Avoid if you can. Food was delivered over an hour from the time it said it was prepared on their site. Pizza was basically room temp. Chicken bites were basically crumbs and nowhere near 8. Manager attempted to provide freebie at next visit but doesn't mean anything since I'm from out of town. Easy to find but the driver needed to use a specific door. Rick, the manager, said the app is finicky and he'd call the driver to make sure she was on her way. Called again at 9 pm, still no pizza. Not even an apology. Employee says they'll remake it and send it again. 40 mins later - 2 hrs and 20 mins after I ordered, I received my order. It was greasy and cold (the store is just minutes away). Still no apology but they included 2 lava cakes. Guess what I just found? Last night's order, left on a small table next to a side door that no one ever uses. Directions were not even remotely followed. Since when do they just drop off food and walk away? Ordered food at 7:01pm. Delivery time estimate when ordering was 21-31 minutes. 1.5 hours later, and the food still hadn't gone out for delivery according to the tracker. Tried to call to cancel the order, but line was busy for 15 minutes. I was able to go out, get food from another establishment, and return before the driver called to say he was on his way...1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering! OVER THREE TIMES THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WITH NO CALL TO UPDATE ME. I was finally able to get through the busy signal to cancel my order as it was on its way to being delivered. Why didn't I read the reviews?! I just called the main store after waiting an hour. I understand times are hard and to be patient. However, do not say your food is delivered and then never try to contact the person who just paid money for their food and forget about it?? That literally makes zero sense. After calling the store I was told the delivery driver tried to call me when my phone has been by my side the entire time. They completely lied to me and didn't even attempt to call me. I wish I could give negative stars. We just waited almost three hours for our order. Tried calling and the store has had a busy signal the whole time. Finally got our order and called again to talk to someone and its still busy. Sometimes they don't cut the pizza or don't put sauce on the pizza or leave out entire items. If you tell them your order was wrong and they say they've given you credit for free items, it's not true. I called for my free pizza and there was no record of my previous conversation or the credit. The employee begrudgingly said he would go ahead and give it to me and it came over an hour later and it was the wrong order. I actually really like the food when it's on time and still warm and made correctly. I tip the drivers as well. But enough is enough.
