Made an online order tonight for pizza delivery. Last time had been a year or more, because that ended with a 2-hour delivery and the driver telling me what a dumpster fire this business was. I thought perhaps times had changed, so ordered. I get a call a few minutes later. "Hi, yeah you're outside our delivery area. I said "oh, that must have changed." She said "No, it's been this way since 2008." Really? Huh. So the 20 or so times I'd ordered and had deliveries were just mistakes? "Well, sometimes people don't look." So every single time for a bunch of times over 5 years that we lived here it was "just nobody looked." The employee was rude and confrontational. DO-NOT-ORDER-FROM-THEM. A disaster. read more

I have always had decent enough food and service from Dominoes and is a go-to when I travel but just met the exception.The Bemidji store was not so great. I ordered online at 8:44 pm for delivery to my hotel. I called at 9:56 to find out where my order was. I was told it was out for delivery and would arrive in "minutes." Another 20 minutes passed before I got me order. It wasn't complicate-one order of pasta and a diet coke. It was cold when I finally got it. Sorry. I didn't even order pizza tonight.... But the delivery driver with license plate ending in "XTR" tailgated the shit out of me near the round about next to the high school. To the point where I pulled over to let the driver pass. The driver then continued to to drive AT LEAST 5mph under the speed limit just to piss me off, I'm sure. Little does this driver know that I live VERY CLOSE to the dominoes in town. So I followed the driver back to the restaurant and went inside to tell SOMEONE that their driver drives like "an asshole". I hope the driver got the message. I like Dominoes pizza and their service. But this is just plain rude, mean, and inconsiderate. I hope this driver doesn't drive that that on a regular basis. Have some human decency. I don't care if you're busy, behind on schedule, or if your manager is hassling you.... I've been a pizza cook AND a pizza delivery driver. Been there, done that. Don't be a dick. Abide by the rules of the road. Just because you have asshole customers telling you hurry up, doesn't mean you should put other people who are driving in danger. I have customers breathing down my neck every day at work. but that doesn't mean that I treat everyone who is in my way like crap. I hope whoever has the license plate ending in XTR doesn't just get fired, I hope they lose their license. I'm not saying this to be mean or vengeful.... I'm saying this in hopes that this person learns a valuable lesson. Like I said before, I've been there, and done that. Literally exactly the job that you have... I've done it. I pretty much always order from dominoes when I want pizza delivered. They have great specials and the delivery time is right on time. I once asked for them to draw a pirate ship and they did! Customer service is awesome. read more

They currently have a 2 minute guarantee to have your order in to your car within two minutes of it being ready, I was there while it was still in prep stage, I was there with my lights flashing and checked in, 37 seconds after it was marked ready during the countdown Timer stage they marked it as delivered, yet I never received my pizza, I waited an additional three minutes waiting for them to bring out my pizza, they never did. So I had to go inside and ask for a manager, he took five minutes to get to me, he hands me a cold pizza and says that he had to put it back in, putting it back in is not delivered, so I asked him about the free pizza due to the two minute delivery time which was not done in time, he states that I have to take it up with corporate that's not his responsibility. This particular site is known for its problems and not following the rules that they sat forth. This particular location it's just a black mark on Domino's pizzas history and Track record of delivering quality pizzas, this site can never seem to get an order correct. They should remove this location. read more

Apparently nobody knows what they're doing or talking about at this dominoes. I placed an order in the app and got a notification that the order didn't go through, yet 30 seconds later I get a notification from my credit card saying that I was charged for my order. So I called the store to check to be sure if the order went through or not, the man that I talk to said yes it did go through, no problem. So I wait for my order to be delivered, 40 minutes later still no order, so I call. The same man, or at least it sounded like the same voice, answer the phone and asked me to hold then a few minutes later some gal gets on the phone, and she says she can't find an order for me. I asked to talk to the guy who originally answered the phone, and she said she asked everyone who had talk to me earlier, and nobody seems to know anything. She then said she can take my order now, I told her I'm not paying for the same order twice. As it shows on my credit card that I was charged the $16.47 already. She then asks me if I could redo the order with a different address, I told her what good does giving a different address do, then somebody else gets my food, that I pay for not once but twice. I'm an elderly disabled person, at 9:30 at night it's not like I can go knocking on peoples doors and say hey can I hang out here while, I wait for the dominoes driver to come deliver my food. my order didn't show up the first time after my credit card was charged, what's the guarantee it would show up the second time. I'll never use Domino's ever again, and I recommend you don't either, you'll be very disappointed. read more

I ordered a pizza and paid for it online. It said the pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I sent my son to pick it up and he arrived at about the 20 minute mark. He went inside to pick it up and they said oh, I'm sorry, we haven't even put that pizza together. We will do it right now. I guess they don't want us as a customer after this. I was charged 50$ for a pizza we never received. When I called to check on where it was they said they were too backed up to deliver it so they would cancel the order, refund my card, and give us a free pizza next time we ordered. I noticed the charge went through so I tried to call and speak to the owner. He refused to take my call and left the manager to do all the work for him. I feel bad for people who work there because it sounds like the owner is extremely hard to work with considering he would not take the time to answer a simple phone call. read more

The pasta bread bowls are a favorite for the kids, they love them. The pizzas on any crust are delicious. The hand tossed garlic butter crust, the pan crisp golden crust andthe thin crunchy crust. The toppings on the pizzas are pplentiful and the cheese is ooey gooey, fresh, hot and delectable. Their sandwiches are pretty awesome too. My favorite is the Philly. We ordered online and for pickup. when I got there they said the order had gone out with the delivery driver, he would be back in a minute or two with my order. I really was not too happy. when he got back 6 minutes later, they said they were making new, but I got my food and it was not what I expected from dominos. we did eat here once a week from work, but when they offered me a $99 cent liter of Coke, we will not come back.
