Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 The Bonsall newest location has consistent superior service, much better than other busier locations such as Alga, in Carlsbad, Douglas, Thunder, and even off Mission here in Oceanside. Today, Mr. Scott had his usual ordeal here at his home so he ordered a pizza as he prefers not to drive anywhere with the gas prices, lol. After I had spotted a lg spider besides him while he watches his usual news show , he ran out of his bedroom last night as he ran to sleep in the family room by midnight. He had been complaining about his lack of sleep all day, etc, lol!! Bart, the Domino's representative really saved his day from P. Scott's sore back. fBart was extremely calm, yet upbeat, intelligent, but most importantly, Bart conveyed the professionalism by his attention to detail and his effective listening skills!. Bart, the Bonsall attendant placed this pepperoni stuffed parmesan pizza perfectly for an elderly resident , P. Scott. Bart is indeed an excellent asset to our Bonsall domino's store. I am so bummed about my pizza delivery today. The pizza was barley cooked on the bottom but somehow cooked on top, barely cut, part of it was missing cheese and toppings. Insane that somebody looked at that and thought it was ok to send out. I'd rather wait and get a quality order than get what I received. I ordered a pizza 10 minutes before closing. The pizza was not delivered however I did send over an email and the very next day. Nicole was very straight to the point and very sincere and offered me my last order as a free order and delivered it right on time at 7:30 PM today. Manager stepped up and made things right. I placed an order a week later and by the time I made the order it was at my house within 30 minutes. Food was hot and tasty. My son doesn't like spicy so we always get the parm wings and they were so good. Definitely give them a second chance. read more

This is a new Domino's pizza, next to the Post Office in Bonsall. Haven't eaten at ANY Domino's in a long time. (Never use to liked their crust or sauce on the pizza.) But they changed all of that! And OH WOW! We got the 3 topping large New York style. Just like every pizza place these days, the Large is very small. But the flavor! WOW! They really have changed. This new location actually has booths and tables for you to sit and eat inside. Or you can order online and carry out. Or they can bring it to your vehicle. The people are VERY friendly and nice. We'll be ordering from them many more times. So glad we have one close to our house. They have really stepped up their game! read more

Ordered pizza through the app from Dominos on Mission Rd Bonsall in Fallbrook. Talk to the manager Mathew after an hour, he said he will add an additional pizza and it will arrive in 12 minutes. After additional 30 minutes he said it will arrive in 5 minutes and I will get refund on my order. At 12:30am the pizza never arrived, I did not receive a refund and on the app the order said it was completed. The adress had not been changed as we had ordered to this adress several times before. I called again this morning, a staff member was very rude and spoke with a loud voice and said he can not refund an order that was put the previous day. There will be a bad review for sure and I expect a refund and my pizza as promised!!! read more

I order from here all the time and haven't always had the greatest deliveries or have my orders always been correct.. BUT tonight especially, the driver, I believe her name was Carrie, was SOO sweet. She was so nice to my son (he was very nosey about her cool car lol!!) & my crazy dogs she deserves a raise! I have never met a nicer person in food delivery until tonight. She also actually followed my directions bc it is difficult to find our address and she found it immediately! they don't always lol. Thank you Carrie so much!
