UPDATE: I still have yet to hear from the franchise owner. Dominos forwarded the complaint to them. This dominos store on Bryan's Road has been our go to for many years, but not this time. They made a mistake and put cheese on one of our pizzas that we requested no cheese due to a dairy allergy. Again we order from this store regularly. I even tipped 15%. I called and spoke to Terron who tried to tell me what I ordered which I knew, and I explained to him it's the thin crust pizza. He asked which of the three options I wanted. I said I wanted a remake and he stated it would take 30-40 min for delivery. It literally took almost 1.5hours for my remake. Then when I received it, it was burnt in some areas, cold, and about three slices were stuck to the top fold of the box. I don't know what's going on but this is absolutely a disgrace. I've never had terrible service like this. I will be writing corporate about this also. If you are unhappy with being in a customer service job, please change and do something else, if you cannot, find a way to make the best of it. A customer should not pay for your mistake by receiving horrible service and food that they paid for, on top of giving a tip. I have been ordering from this Domino's on Indian Hwy, Bryans Road, as of late delivery has been close to an hour. The pizza has been warm at best and nasty. I went into the store (18 August 2024, between 1:25 pm - 1:45 pm) to speak with the manager, ask the employee near the back who was the manager and he pointed to the employee behind the register who was helping another customer. The employee then ask if I was there to pick up an order. I stated I wanted to speak to the manager and that the guy standing behind him said he was the manager. He pointed to another employee who was the manager and the look of being irritated on his face remained the entire time, as I spoke politely to him explaining the 20% coupon was to be applied, but instead a 15% coupon was applied. He says they don't have anything to do with it and that I would need to contact Domino's corporate office. I said thank you and he didn't acknowledge my saying that at all. Needed food and decided on pizza after seeing a flyer for this location at my hotel. Called the pizza in. I don't know if the employee taking the call was new to the area but had absolutely no concept of where I was located. The name of the hotel had no meaning to this person and the address seemed to be even more bewildering even though it was just a straight shot of 4 miles. Eventually I assume they've google mapped this apparent obscure location and tell me it'll be an hour. Ok whatever. I am the mother of a young 20-year-old African American male who was deliberately slapped in his face by his White Female Store manager Renee Brown at the 7091 Indianhead Highway, Bryan's Road, MD 20616 location. She felt it was perfectly fine to slap my son in the face on Saturday, April 29th 2023, because he declined to work an additional hour or more past his completed 10pm work time. She told him that his response " pissed her off..." and slapped him!!!!! She left the store before the police arrived. I am trying to contact anyone I possibly can in Corporate, Human Resources, etc to have her immediately terminated from this and all Dominos locations. She had NO right--especially, in her "leadership position" to raise her hand and hit him--regardless to her or his color/race. As of today, 2 May, my son has not been given his work schedule as normal and his wages are being affected because of HER behavior. I am extremely appalled, hurt, disgraced at this action. While she is still reporting work--he isn't because she hasn't provided him a work schedule. To be honest--it's probably the best thing for now--but HE should not have to suffer because of HER unprofessional actions. She left before the authorities arrived and has yet to be accountable for these actions. Therefore, I am taking steps to inform any and every one of this insane and unprofessional incident. This has been a horrible time in the world where so many black males (people) are losing their lives to unfair, unjust, unreasonable, biased and irresponsible behaviors of people in the position of authority. My son has been employed there for over four months as a Manager; reported hours early before his normal schedule, stayed late on numerous occasions, worked for other employees who didn't report in for work. This is a DISGRACE! Recently I visited Domino's after calling a carry out order. Upon arriving and paying for my order I was given the incorrect change. When I advised the cashier that my change was incorrect she did not apologize but opened the cash register And handed me additional change with major attitude. Her reaction was as if I did something wrong. I believe her actions were intentional not accidental. Later I called the store to make a Complaint Thats when I discovered that the cashier I complained about was the manager ("Renee"). In a phone conversation her rude and unprofessional behavior continued. When I advised that I would be contacting domino's corporate office she invited me to do so, and I did. In my complaint I insisted that all correspondence be addressed via email. However I received a phone call from a phantom co-owner. I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I called back and cancelled. About 5 minutes after I cancelled the pizza got to my door, and the delivery person tried to give it to me like normal. I declined. According to the pizza tracker, my food was "out for delivery" for over an hour. It was probably cold. I was disappointed after nearly 2 hours of waiting. I ordered (8) hot wings and what I received was some wings that were not even covered 5%; they appeared as if I ordered wings from KFC and asked for (1) packet of hot sauce for (8) wings. I spoked to Josh,(the Manager) and his response was to inconvenience me, by telling me to drive back.....not an option. His next response was maybe next time I will receive more sauce; as if there will be a next time. I suggested that someone deliver another order of hot wings and they can take these back; also they could see what I was talking about. He stated, " he couldn't do that." I'm not sure why this Domino's has 3 stars. It should definitely have five if not 10. I have literally ordered from this Domino's all summer (more than 10 times) and it's always delivery. I have the app so I the tracker is GREAT! I soon as I press confirm on my food. I get a notification literally 5 mins later that it's in the oven 10 mins later it's on the way. My pizza is so hot when it gets here that I can't even eat it. I've never waited more than 20 mins for my food. The pizza is always loaded with my toppings. The delivery staff are ALWAYS courteous and nice to my crazy kids that basically attack them. I used to actually hate DOMINO'S but they have definitely changed my mind this summer! Last night I ordered a pizza, hot wings, 2 dish bowls. Both were ordered with extra sauce, meat cheese. The bowls were for tonight, the mistake I made was not to check the order. I called today to say the bowls were unacceptable and all he could harp on is that I should have checked the order. While he is correct (my loss), my point to him was whether I checked it or not, they have the obligation to provide what I paid for regardless. At no time was there an "I'm sorry" and /or I will ensure my attendants/servers are aware of your concerns. My point wasn't to get a replacement, I acknowledged that was my fault for not checking. However, the lack of disregard, consideration or lack of, failure to accept responsibility, and unprofessional attitude is UNACCEPTABLE! This Dominoes franchise gets worse by the time, the last experience I had problems with "ummm, yeah, whatcha you say, I don't know". I like Dominoes Pizza, but I question this franchise.
