I visited this sandwich shop and was dismayed that neither Jimmy or John were here. In fact, no one by those names was behind the counter. When I asked the manger, they just said "Are you OK?". It felt good they were concerned. Anyways, great sandwiches, good service, polite staff, very clean and good ambiance. Will definitely come again and again. A+++++ and two thumbs up. read more

I ordered a#9 Italian Club and it was messy and dripping with mayo. It was not good at all. I know what it is supposed to taste like because I get it all the time. I had a bit of a wait for the car in front of me. It took unusually longer than I ever waited. It seemed like my sandwich was just thrown together. I guess it's time to a JJ's break. Service was incredible super fast and friendly. The sandwiches are incredible they have an unwhich situation where they use lettuce instead of bread which makes the sub way healthier. Ordered a Italian sub, we had been here before but this time the two subs were made with so much oil and vinegar in addition to the jar of mayonnaise they pour on it. So much mayo, you couldn't see the other ingredients. So much mayo it was running out making a messy sandwich. I spoke to the manager Jason who blew me off and said I should have ordered no mayo. Well Jason I'm one customer who deserves satisfaction, so hopefully someone else will read this and not patronize your store. Terrible customer service and a terrible mayo sandwich! read more

Pictue it..... Superbowl Sunday, 3:03pm, and it's snowing. Your family decides they want subs. Skeptical that you can get anythiing delivered without having to wait for hours, given that it's the day of the big game, you try your luck for the first time with Jimmy John's. You place your order online and settle in for the long wait. At 3:17pm your doorbell rings. You think, "there is no possible way that is the food" ........you open ther door and there are your fresh sandwiches! Literally 14 minutes after placing the order, they arrived.... and we don't live across the street either. I am thoroughly impressed with the delivery service and the sandwichwes were yummy too. I had the most pleasant experience with this establishment last evening. The manager was very welcoming, the team made my food perfectly and I left Jimmy John's with a big old smile! Sorry I can't share a photo- the Italian sub was devoured. I don't usually get this sub but I am so glad I did because it was just that good. read more

While in ND, I would travel 4 hours to a JJ's. I love the sandwiches and this location sticks to the recipe. Not the best JJ's I've been. Mostly due to the service. I wish the workers would be a little more enthusiastic towards customer service and not lean on the counter, make eye contact and not sigh when talking to the customers. read more

Let me first apologize for my picture... I was hungry so I took a couple of bites first! I love the subs from Jimmy Johns. Their bread is what sets them apart from any other place that may sell hoagies. However, I've cut back from eating bread... but thankfully I didn't have to cut back from Jimmy Johns. They have something on their menu titled unwitch. So you can get any sub you'd like, but instead of serving it on bread, it'll be served as a lettuce wrap. I must say, even though I substituted the bread, it's still equally filling, and I was quite satisfied with my first ever #12 Unwitch. read more

I had not had a sub from JJ's for a minute so I had one yesterday. Oh wow everything about it was perfect! I ordered the roast beef regular with tomatoes lettuce onions and mayo. The toppings were so fresh and outstanding. The onions you can tell were cut that day. Such a great place. read more

Placed an order online for a Gargantuan Unwich this evening at the Waldorf, Md location and I must say, this is the best Unwich I've ever eaten! It was wrapped in the lettuce neatly and securely and didn't lack anything. From other JJ's franchises, although the taste would range from okay to good, it's always messy and falling apart. This place has great subs. The customer service is usually good. I have been here several times, and for some reason the cashiers never smile. Seemed weird that I noticed this. But they a always pleasant and I have never had a problem. They are extremely fast making subs. Their prices are comparable to other sub shops, but their food is better. I highly recommend them. We were in and out literally under 2 minutes right from the moment we walked in. I would say I was impressed by that however, after eating their sub, now I know why it was super fast. It was super fast because it barely had anything in it! The 8 inch sub was on the thin side. It had 2 slices of meat! I barely tasted the dressing so my sub was super bland! On the bag, it's listed that they hand carve their meat, freshly cut their vegetables, no wonder my meat was paper thin! The Jimmy John's Waldorf location is very good. Although they have cold subs only and a limited menu, the Staff is generally very friendly and helpful. There is one Delivery Driver that we have also seen at the restaurant who is amazing (I wish I knew his name so I could give him kudo's...he's super-positive and always very friendly and cheerful...he has delivered to both of my local Family Member's homes and is always in a great mood). I think Jimmy John's is a great place with good food and fair prices...and they deliver almost as fast as they make your food. read more

Catering Experts!! While I've always enjoyed JJ's great sandwiches, I only recently experienced their professionalism in catering. I hosted a retirement event for two of my best workers recently. I am a fan of the Jimmy John chain. Unfortunately, this location keeps coming up short for me. I almost always stop in on Fridays for lunch. I have yet to receive a warm greeting or the super fast service JJ is famous for. Staff could use some pointers from the Annapolis franchise. read more

In a rush no problem order ahead or just stop in they have excellent fast customer service! The manager was awesome he went out of the way to please his customers. Very attentive and understanding. I've been to this location on multiple occasions and I have what's had excellent customer service whether they were just opening or getting ready to close the service doesn't change. Enjoyed every bit of my #5 Vito so good with fresh sliced meat. Stop to experience it for yourself. read more

I've ordered from here several times now in person and by phone. I have no real issue with the food. I usually order the Italian w/peppers no mayo....it works for me. My issue and irritation comes from the lack of manners displayed by the kids who take your order by phone. This issue really needs to be addressed by the owner and or management. This location has TERRIBLE customer service! EVERY TIME I, a customer, comes to this location I leave in a bad mood. The staff, especially the manager, do not greet you upon entering . They have horrid attitudes. Also, they refuse to give you certain items when they choose to and call it " corporate rules " . The staff could definitely use some training on what is means to provide good customer service. read more

I gotta tell you -- it's tough to find anything good to eat around here. I've had a really good meal at a place, get excited that we may have found another "go to" place only get crap on a cracker the next visit. Not so with Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are always fresh, really tasty, and satisfying. And if you like pickles, Jimmy John's has a deal for you -- a huge kosher-style pickle for just $1.29! As a friend tells me, "I don't like pickles, but for $1.29, I'll learn!" We usually order on-line or via phone on the nights we get home late from work. We use the drive-thru for pickup and our food is always ready. Bottom line is the food is always good, service is always fast, and it doesn't blow the grocery budget if we eat sandwiches on a Wednesday. So, Jimmy John's is definitely on our "go to" list. read more

This jimmy johns is super slow. So much for their ads about being freaky fast. Also the delivery area is a joke. It's only like 2 miles wide. Expand your delivery service and I bet you would have a lot more businesses order. But you probably can't handle it. read more

I then followed the lady and managed to grab a few items. I had hoped for some cupcakes or donuts but saw neither. I did however get a cheese danish, a couple of cookies and a couple of breads. The items I got were pretty good and the bread was fairly soft. I certainly wasn't disappointed in any of the items I grabbed, I only wished there were a few other sweet items and a better system to better understand how best to navigate the store.
