Wonderful Greek and Italian food. An affordable family restaurant with food that everyone will enjoy. Love this place.

On the third visit, was very disappointed with the order we were served. Ordered two calzones, one with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms, the second with pepperoni, mushroom and pineapple. Waited about 10 -15 minutes for our order and when it was delivered to the table, it looked like a true NY-Style Calzone. 12" pizza folded in half with a lot of ricotta and mozarella cheese with the toppings but when we cut through the middle of both of the calzones, the middle of the calzone was still cold, so the cheese wasn't fully melted and we could see individual pieces of shredded mozarella cheese on top of uncooked ricotta. This was the same with both calzones. The one I ordered with pineapple had all of the toppings I asked for but my wife's, who had ordered sausage in hers, was missing the sausage. We mentioned to our server that there was no sausage in the calzone my wife had asked for and they offered us a free tiramisu cake in addition to removing the cost for the sausage. The sauce didn't have the same zip to it as it did the first day I went there. A huge difference in a matter of mere weeks. My first time visiting and the pizza is huge and delicious , I got the works. My wife and I split a medium which was 8 slices of heaven. Green peppers, onions, olives , Italian meat it was so good with the cheese and crispy crust but thin slice . I'm sure there were more toppings please try this one it was awesome. I took the lasagna to go , it was good, for me it had a bit to much of ricotta cheese but passed that I was great. The customer service is amazing , it's a small and quaint and has an old school feel to the establishment when you walk in . The staff members are so nice , they treated me like I had been coming forever , although it was my first time. read more

An OK takeout experience at Napoli Pizzeria. I my latest experience was on a Saturday night and immediately realized I should have ordered in advance. This restaurant was very busy with takeout orders. There were few guests dining in, however, the overwhelming business on this night was from call-ahead orders, third-party delivery, and walk-ins. My prior experience was also was a takeout order, which too was OK, however, I was encouraged to give it another try. The husband and wife, who seem to be the owners, manned the registers and assisted with packaging orders. The space between the back of the kitchen and front register is a very small space and all of it is visible from the lobby and dining room. I recommend ordering in advance because the food doesn't come out quickly. After all, it is an Italian restaurant and things seem to be made to order, however, it took approximately 35-40 minutes for my food to be prepared. The owners do a good job of making you feel seen before ordering and when waiting in the lobby for your order. I appreciate their customer service. On the other hand, all the other workers I observed and encountered seemed to simply be working and unbothered. About the food - I give the food a high 3* simply because of the potential. The Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken and Napolitan Pizza lacked a considerable amount of flavor and seasoning; primary salt and/or pepper. The pizza quality was good and so was the pasta, but it simply lacked flavor. The pizza crust was flavorless. The chicken was bland. The pasta could have instantly been a hit if the pasta water was seasoned with salt and the Alfredo sauce was seasoned with some of the pasta water. Just those two details alone would make this experience a 4*. Unfortunately, the garlic bread, too, lacked flavor. A simple remedy, salt. The bread didn't lack butter, however, the butter was unsalted. Overall an OK experience and I will definitely return when in the area because I want to believe this was just an off night. Need to try this place again before I make a final decision. Came here with my 2 sons, had a pizza. Was "ok" at best. We all were not very impressed. Wait staff was "ok" at best as well. Had high hopes for a small pizza joint but it just didn't hit the mark. Willing to try the gyro next time. read more

I ordered four calzones for my grandsons graduation yesterday. They were the BEST I ever had. They stuffed two bags with delicious marinara sauce! This was a bit of a weird experience for us since we wanted to like this spot. The establishment was small and seemed a bit outdated. I noticed that they also didn't have beers on list and it took a few tries to know what they served versus what they actually had. We then opted for wine, but the server also didn't know anything about the wine or which ones they had. To boot, the pizza was just OK. That said, the server was very nice and the food was prompt. My Boo and I had Dinner last night here as I was craving Pizza. After an extensive search on the Internet, I chose to give Napoli's a try. Upon arriving on this Cold Winter night, we noticed the Parking Lot quite occupied. Once we entered Napoli's we were surprised to see only a few Tables taken. We wrote this off as being due to the Cold weather. We were greeted by a very kind elderly Lady seated at the Entrance. Soon our Waiter came and seated us at a table of our choice. He was a very polite young man. He gave us Menus and returned shortly to take our Orders. We Ordered a Large, the "Works" Pizza and 1 House Salad and 1 Greek Salad. Also our Drinks were a Coffee for my Boo and a glass of Bud Light for me. The Salads were served first. Both Salads were Superb, loaded with all sorts of fixings! Then our long-awaited Pizza arrived. I couldn't wait to taste the Pizza because it had been given rave Reviews on their Site. It was loaded with Onions, Green Peppers, Black pitted-Olives, Sausage, Pepperoni and Ham. However, there was very little pizza sauce which really took away from the Pizza. Although it came with lots of toppings, each tasted very Bland to me. Whenever I'm in the need for Pizza, I typically go to two places and Napoli's is one of those two places. This time was probably my third or forth trip and each trip gets better and better. This time I tried the Steak and Cheese in addition to a Meat Lovers Pizza for the little one. I try my best to call in my order because I know how places are on a Friday night; so consider calling the order in advance. The steak and cheese is just as good as the pizza if not better. Everything is packaged properly, sealed and easily ready for pickup. As others have commented, there is seating inside and this establishment is certainly family friendly and probably one of the well known jewels of Waldorf. As I waited for my order to be bagged, I noticed the owners refer to several patrons by their first name...I heard families enter and state they had been coming since they were little kids...no complaints here...the pizza, gyros, and steak and cheese have all been wonderful...give Napoli's a try if you are in the area. read more

I went to this spot years ago with my Dad and I remembered it as being one of the best pizza places I had ever been to at the time. Fast forward 10 or so years I wanted to go and check it out again to see if it still held the best "pizza in the area" title in my heart and boy are they still a real haymaker in the DMV area. The service is outstanding and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure if i'm correct or not, but it seems like a family ran spot where all of the employees make a genuine effort to make every customer comfortable. The menu is extensive with many different things that would catch anyone's eye. The buffalo wings were pretty good, the caesar salad was among one of the best i've had (which is saying something because I love me a good caesar salad). The onions rings were fresh and crispy. The pizza is still a heavy hitter and it still tastes just as good as the first time I had it. I am very glad that I decided to visit this establishment again, and with the good food and great prices, I will continue to return more frequently than every 10 years lol. First of the food is very good. However the wait staff are horrible. When we arrived we were asked eating in or pick up. Eating in. No how are you or good evening. Was abruptly told table 5 or 6. The waiter appeared again no hello. Ordered two drinks, salad and pizza. Waiter brought sodas with no straws. Had to ask. 15 minutes go by and I had to ask about salad. Brought our pizza out with no spatula and no extra napkins. Never came by to ask how everything was and never refilled our drinks. Check came never took away dirty dishes and then stood over me while I was signing the check. They need to train their staff. read more

Nothing fancy but offers a pretty big menu that includes, gyros, kabobs, salads, subs, sandwiches, soups, pizzas, a bunch of Italian specialties, desserts and more! The staff was friendly and I was greeted promptly. I ordered a small "The Works" pizza and wings. The pizza was good, it was made with handmade dough and was topped with fresh ingredients. The crust was thin on the bottom and crispy on the edges. I ordered a small but it was pretty big...6 large slices. The wings were not good. The chicken tasted old and the meat was tough. That was a waste of $8 because they went in the trash. I plan on trying some other things on the menu. read more

Alright so I have been coming here for years and never once had a single bad thing now god forbid my family are regulars and know most of the staff whose been working there a while(including the owner) but even without bias I have lived in the dmv for awhile, tried a lot of pizza places and this place is the best take it to the bank. It has the ambiance and vibe of a 80's style diner with pizza and I believe I remember they used to have a Pac-Man machine but they got rid of it probably for it having some problem. Definitely a hot spot on a Friday, with plenty of regulars. Many customers were picking up large orders (most of which included large pizzas) and they all smelled heavenly. The place was full of diners, as well as those placing/picking up TO GO orders. Meanwhile, the phone was ringing off the hook. When I called in my order, I could hear the commotion inside...which made me curious to see what the fuss was about. We had a good, no frills pizza with pepperoni, sausage and green peppers. My favorite pizza place of all time! I moved away from the area for a few years and deeply missed Napoli. Now that we are back, we've gone there weekly for pizza. It's the best around!
