It was cool to see the pizza ovens right behind the register. The red top pizza was bomb. It was crispy but still saucy. They do a garlicky butter crust on their pizza which we thought was really nice. It had really good herbs in the crust. The buffalo pizza was pretty good too. Large chunks of chicken with a bit of cheese and a blue cheese sauce drizzled on top. I wish there was a bit more tomato sauce / buffalo sauce, but that's just my preference. Overall, the pizza did remind me of a thin, crispy NE style pizza. And I love that they do by the slice too. I would love to try their white pizza next

Uh, ok... wait... what? I mentioned that the sign on the door (two signs, actually) said they are closed on Sundays. She replied that they were, in fact, open seven days a week. So I can't promise you that you can get white-meat fried chicken; I can't promise you can get it on Sunday. But I can promise you will love it because it's REALLY good!

Crispy crust, gooey cheese and flavorful toppings and a crunchy crust: it checks all the boxes for a great pizza. My nephew had the alligator sausage pizza and that too was delicious. While the place doesn't look like much from the road, that's just how I like it. Unassuming with delicious food. The place was clean, the music was great, the television history shows were great (Body by Fisher video was outstanding). The bathrooms were clean and well lit and overall the place was great. We will definitely hit this place again when we are back for CTC. It's on the must dine list for sure.
