I ordered through their app. Ordered the Awesome sub, calzone and bread twists. When I arrived cashier informed me they didn't have the Awesome sub, I had to choose a different sub. The problem was that it was my wife's order and she was not available to talk to about the order change. I said to go ahead and switch the sub sandwich. Then I heard the cook said, "The cheese bread is out." I said, "I ordered bread twists not cheese bread." The cashier showed the cook the order slip. He said, "Oh, I didn't see that. I'll work on it. It will take about 20 minutes. I politely said out loud, "Twenty minutes." I was offended a drink for waiting. I figured I will just eat my calzone while I wait for my wife's order. I asked, "Is my calzone out yet?" The cook looked at the cashier then at me, "Oh, I haven't started on it yet. I'll get started. It will take about 20 minutes." It's very sad because their food is very good, but the service really needs to improve. I'm teetering on ordering again in the future. The cashier was polite. The cook was also and so was I. The pizza and wings were really good! Loved the pizza crust! The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The kids did not love the arcade as it's small and some ate their quarters, but that can happen anywhere. We will return for sure. read more

Called to advise my pizza size and order was incorrect. Received a small instead of a large. I called to let them know. Person answering phones was very nice and apologized for their mistake. He stated a manager will refund the $30. I called to follow up and spoke to manager. Outcome was not good! If they say they will refund you for their mistake don't believe it! Spoke with Manager and she would not refund my $30.00 order. She was rude and didn't allow me to explain all she did was talk over me. I been a loyal customer for Pizza Factory since the early 90's when I had my first slice after a little league game in Firebaugh Ca, and got hired there during my senior year in high school. Last night I ordered my favorite turkey sandwich which was great!!! The pizza i ordered unfortunately was really bad, the bottom crust was so thin and wet that when you picked up the slice to eat, it all fell out. The cheese was thick for some odd reason and felt like I was chewing on rubber:( This Fowler location has been on point with there service and pizza but these past two times I ordered during the last 2 weeks the pizza has been awful. Oh the nostalgia! Have been eating Pizza Factory since the high school days when everyone would walk there on lunch and get single slices. Actually, even before then the pizza parties at the end of the soccer season were always here too! It's great to know that when you're in the mood for a good pizza with fresh ingredients you can always get one locally. Very disappointed in the customer service, placed an online order at 7pm for pick up, to be called later and told they cannot complete my order because they have too many orders and they have to take their break. They don't close until 9pm and they shouldn't even be taking breaks at the same time. No wonder when you try calling you get a busy sign, they don't want to answer. Really in the long run not a big deal instead of 8.32 I paid 11.75 for a small cheese. I was getting breadsticks so that works. The breadsticks however were overcooked and my 5 year old pizza critic is not a fan of either. Thankfully she will eat anything covered in parmesan!! The salad bar had ice in half the dressings, and had I looked first I would have not ordered one. The marinara is oily which I've never seen before. Stopped by Pizza Factory and couldn't resist stopping in for some local Fowler pizza. I have since learned this is indeed a chain, but it still kept some local color. They have several options for pizza from Mini and up. The mini looked like the skZe of my hand so I went for the small. It was a costly Mistake. The small cost me $12.75. Wow that's way to expensive for about 10 inches of pie. They do use a deck oven but it's a "air" deck oven and it doesn't seem to get too hot which produced a similar product as a conveyor oven. The cheese was definitely preshredded and not very good. The sauce, what little there was , had very little taste. Almost like they pre cook it because it didn't taste good. The crust had hardly any air bubbles, a sign the dough was made recently and not long fermented. Not many positives to report sadly. The decor is mainly to appeal to kids. Lots of games and letters from school kids. Good for them. The service was the bright spot. The two girls making pizza were super nice and made me feel welcome. read more

Loyal customer for over 15 years and my favorite pizza overall, well use to be now. However, recently my visits have been disappointing. Today I ordered an XL family pizza came out to $23, I drove from the next town over excited for my pizza. I see on the board an additional breadsticks with 2 liter would've cost +$4 which would've been nice if the girl on the phone mentioned anything about specials. She wasn't empathetic at all. I get home to eat my pizza and the damn thing is cold and salty not to mention it's flat as a napkin. Disappointed in the whole experience and quality. We ordered pizza and 2 spaghetti dinners. It wasn't ready at the given time. We had to wait 20 more minutes. When we opened up spaghetti at home, they were burned. Completely. We ordered the Twin 2Topping(s) for $28, added an order of Cheese Sticks and 3 drinks= $40 Not bad at all!! When the dust settled, tummies where filled we ended up bringing home 1 entire pizza lol, (half of each).. We did our best, just like the friendly folks behind the counter(s).. I'd definitely recommend PF Fowler to yall, t'was clean & inviting throughout, plenty of skill claw machines, arcade games, (2) mechanical horses, and even a nostalgic oldschool CD jukebox.. All in all, I would rate our experience a 4-4.5.. It took 1.5hrs to get our order in hand, thankfully our patience merely added to the Hunger, fueled our curiosity and PF Fowler came through!! Don't EVER order delivery from here, we placed an order at 7:30pm and was told it would take 45 minutes an hour later I'm calling to get status and was told they were waiting on more item and that took an extra 15 minutes. I will be back to hopefully be able to update this review with 5 stars. The two pizzas and bread sticks took just over an hour to make, there weren't very many customers in the place at all. Other customers were getting very impatient as well. I think they even sent some home with their money back. We didn't complain, we just sat and waiting. It was kinda hard to keep the 5 year old at bay for over an hour lol. We went through a lot of quarters. The pizza was with the wait in the end when you're starving.
