We ordered the thirty dollar family meal. My son is 7 and did not want to eat the tenders. Tenders are his go to, so I decided to see why he did not like them. They had the texture of sitting under the heating lamp for more than a few hours. The color itself shows that they were overcooked and sat for a while or the oil has not been changed out for a few days. Either way, the customer service was trash because they decided to give out old tenders instead of making fresh ones. This location shouldn't even have 2 stars. read more

About a month ago I ordered drive thru a famous bowl and a Long John Silvers chicken combo with extra hushpuppies. The famous bowl was disgusting covered in gravy. The chicken combo came with 1 hushpuppy where I was supposed to get six. Since I live in visalia I called and the manager put me down for the replacement. Okay great. I went today to pick up my replacement order and was the only one in the drive through as I was ordering the girl was very quick to cut me off but besides my free order I ordered more items. Well I ordered the 10pc saucy nuggets in honey bbq, instead after I left the drive through I received koren bbq so I had to turn around to go back and have them fix it. Well were do I start purchased chicken tenders were small very small and looked to be burned the biscuit was hard could've put an eye out the meal was not worth the trip so terrible I won't go back again. Don't get the Nashville sauce on your clothes it will stain. I found this out at the drive through after ordering the Nashville chicken. The cashier gave me a bag that was ripped with the drenched chicken inside a plastic box. As I put the bag in my passenger seat it leaked all over my shirt and the seats/console of my 2017 Cadillac. In that 6seconds the cashier had closed the door and walked away and I had to actually knock on the window a minute later to get her attention. I explained what happened and she took the ripped bag for about 2 minutes to "fix". Luckily I had some towels in my car to wipe things up. Would have been nice to been offered some napkins by the cashier. This was a little after 3pm on 4/9/17. read more

An average Kentucky Fried Chicken and good service. A small place not so easy to bring a large family or group.

I am super petty. It's a kfc so my expectations are pretty standard. I don't mind that the "5$ fill up boxes" are now $5.50. But I do mind getting original recipe instead of the extra crispy I specifically ordered. Especially when they throw an extra piece of something I don't want to compensate for not having what I paid for. I paid chicken fried in oil not soaked in grease. If there isn't any available please let me know and I'll most likely wait. I'm not in the neighborhood often but I will never spend money at this location again. Disgusting workers served my fiance and I old food. Went to grab a late dinner at about 9 PM and got home 10 min later to eat the chicken sandwiches we bought. Both of our chicken breasts were as hard as concrete around the edges And the middles were dry. We tried to eat them thinking they were just overcooked but could not chew it so we had to eat our side orders of mashed potatoes which were old too. The mashed potato had a weird aftertaste and sure enough our stomachs started cramping soon after we ate. We vomited every thing we ate and had diarrhea for about an hour. My fiancé's stomach was still upset this morning and his throat was sore from throwing up. Never going back to this location ever again. They probably served us left over food from lunch time. I want my money back. Lazy workers could not cook a new batch of chicken. A manager should be there a few hours before closing time to make sure no one else gets food poisoning. read more
