The salad bar ingredients are always fresh, no old wilted vegetables, the bacon is real and they keep it stocked so there is no digging at the bottom of the container. I eat here with my mother who normally would not frequent a pizza buffet but she raves about it to family back in Texas and looks forwarding to returning each year. The kids love it too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they could put a wider variety of pizzas, they usually just have the most basic like cheese and pepperoni and After a heavy meal of pizza, i would like to see fresh fruits on the salad bar rather than the canned peaches and pears. I go to open the butter for my pita and it's not butter. It's an oil whip. I do not eat fake butter. It's harmful. To find out they have no butter in the place. So I tell my server of the situation and looks at me like he has no idea what to do. Turns and walks away. So I eat my steak and stare at the baked potato. I am a recent cancer survivor and have no ability to make saliva. So I needed the butter to make the potato edible. Or even gravy or something. I told the server but I don't think he heard me correctly or didn't know what to do. It was so loud with the stupid fans.
