I ordered 3 Large pizza's from this location as the Cedar Hill location appears to be closed. All three pizzas were horrible and were stiff and could be used as a frisbee. I called the store to complain and spoke to TAYLOR who alleged he was the store manager he stated that he could only give me a $10 store credit which was unacceptable especially since I just spent $26. for this trash. I told him that I would bring the pizzas back for a full refund and he said yes bring them back in 26 degrees and freezing rain. This is a typical place. They have always been friendly when I go inside for a pickup. Time wise they are pretty spot on. Even right before the Cowboys game last night they were only running about 10 min behind with orders. The only problems I have ever had from this location is by my own doing. So today I placed an order at this location over the phone. I told the young lady who answered that I am extremely unhappy with the other location here in Duncanville. I told her about the last four orders and how badly they had done. I told her I was calling them hoping to get better service. I was told my order would be delivered in about 30 minutes, it has now been two hours and nothing. I have called the store 15 times, the call goes to a hold system that tells me my call is important yet it always ends up disconnecting. I am leaving a review on the other store too, I had hoped this would be better. The young lady I spoke to told me she was going to text Cameron the DM my number so he could call me about the issues I had with the other store. I guess I have more to talk to him about. read more

Not only was my pizza not handle with care but also overloaded in alfredo sauce even after I had specified that I wanted my spinach/mushroom alfredo pizza to be cooked well done (not burnt). My pepperoni/sausage pizza had just enough pepperoni but definitely not nearly enough sausage. My cinnamon twist were undercooked and gummy in the middle. My supreme pizza was missing at least 3 toppings that I had to pay extra for and my thin crust was so burnt around the edges that it literally was crumbling. The manager and employees treat you as a joke, I didn't expect people to be so petty during a pandemic. I've ordered five times from this location, all advance orders by at least two hours. The first two, no problems whatsoever. The third, I placed two hours in advance, and the pizza was ten minutes late, leaving me with 20 minutes left of my lunch break. Annoying, but things come up. I bore no ill will to the driver or the restaurant. The fourth time, I ordered five hours in advance so it'd be ready at the start of my half hour lunch. Twenty minutes into my lunch, no sign of the delivery and no call from the restaurant. I call in to cancel, explaining that even if the driver were to arrive that instant, I wouldn't have time to eat before going back to work. They tried to persuade me to buy it anyway, saying the driver was already on the way and they couldn't contact him. I told them that even if the driver arrived before I had to clock back in, I would refuse receipt. They did cancel the order and refund the money. The fifth time, several months later, was when I didn't bring my own lunch. I left the order six hours in advance, to pay the driver in cash on delivery, and left special notice in the order that the driver needed to be prompt due to my short lunchtime availability. No pizza. No delivery. No call. No explanation. Were it not for the email confirming the order, I would have no evidence that a transaction was ever to take place. Our office security confirmed that Dominos did not show up that day. Not sure what's going on at this location, but I recommend against even bothering. read more

This location has consistently been my go to place for pizza. The pizza at all Domino's are consistent in taste. The reason for the 2 stars is due to order mix ups and relatively bad customer service. We usually order by phone or online. The last few orders we placed had at least one pizza that we didn't order. We live very close to the location but use delivery periodically. We need delivery when we are on a date night and want food delivered to our teen child. It still takes them about an hour + to get the pizza delivered. We live about 3 mins away. We placed an online order on 9/2/17 around 8:45 pm. We checked the tracker around 9:30 and it said our pizza was still being made. When we checked the app again it said the pizza was done but nothing else so we called the location. It was approaching 10 pm by this time. We were told the pizza was ready and they were waiting for a delivery driver. We told them to hold the pizza and we would pick it up. When we arrived at the Domino's my husband got off to pick up the pizza. After 15 mins and watching different people talk to him I decided to get off. It went downhill from there. Apparently, our pizza wasn't ready. It hadn't even been made according to them. We weren't the only people who had a problem. The ladies next to me were deep in some argument with the manager. They were screaming at each other. Those women had a $100 bill to pay for pizza. Domino's does not take $100 bills. They don't have anything posted about this on the door. When the ladies placed their order they weren't told about it either. So these women who had 2 separate orders wanted their pizza but couldn't take it home because they only had $100 bill to pay for it. The manager started screaming at them. There was an attempt to snatch the $100 out of the manager's hand. The manager called the cops. It was getting out of hand. We told them to cancel our order - we were out of there. Screw that scene. As we were leaving the cops arrived. We left just in time. While we were there every single person had a problem with their order. We even saw them throw away around 12 pizza's because someone cancelled an order. Wasteful. The manager didn't have a grasp. His attitude told me he had had it. He was yelling at patrons. The staff members just stood around staring. So many staff members and no one seems to have control over this place. We won't be ordering from here for a long time. Staying at the Hampton Inn 1.5 miles from this location. After and hour I called to check on my order after giving my phone number so the delivery driver could call if an issue should arise. After 20 min on hold and going through 2 people just so they could understand it was an order not a new order and I was told the driver said the address was in Arlington so he refused to deliver it. Not sure if they really will refund my money because as I said they really have no idea what is going on. I'm guessing a lot of crack smoking. Used the iPhone App to order a Pizza while watching the Cowboy game. 30 minutes after the "Tracker" App alerted me that my order was on the way, I tried calling the store to see what was taking so long since the store is less than 2 miles away, but all I got a busy signal. I finally got a hold of the store 55 minutes after the tracker App said my order was on the way, which just so happened to be right after the Cowboy game ended. I told them to cancel my order, but they told me the driver had already left and they had no way of contacting him. The driver never showed. read more
