When I arrived, a beautiful older woman took my order. It was her first day, and she excelled at customer service. The establishment was clean, and my food was cooked to order. I ordered chicken and one piece of fish. I intentionally chose one piece because I know how Bob's can be when it comes to what's advertised versus what you actually get. I was really excited to try Dat Chicken due to the reviews. I won't say it was a bad experience but I was expecting more flavor. Perhaps it was an "off day"; maybe I am not the target audience. I grew up cooking southern soul food so comparing my own cooking and my family's to take out probably isn't fair. They answer the phone when you call and are very polite and patient although they get alot of business. Whenever I pick up my order there's always someone picking up a large catering order.
