When you order from Domino's you need to have a certain level of expectation. I keep an eye on the specials that they run all the time. $9.99 for a 14" pizza with 7 toppings? You really can't beat the price and the pizza is always consistently decent. Frankly it's better than some of the local pizza shops around Enfield for 2-3 times the price. I always pick mine up so I can't speak to delivery issues. The folks I deal with there are always friendly. Not really anywhere to sit down and eat there to speak of. But it's clean and bright. go to dominos on palisado in Windsor in the barts plaza it is the best location and they never fail me. takeout is way to expansive for it to be a gamble. it's should be consistent l. every single time I order from this location they mess it up. All I ordered was two handmade pan pizzas light sauce extra cheese. Both were just regular pizzas NOT handmade pans and smothered with sauce and a normal amount of cheese. I was cashed out by a different girl, and then took my seat up at the counters to wait for my order. 10 or so mins go by, and a male customer walks in. The guy behind the counter asks if he's picking up for "Nina" (that's me btw) and I see he's checking a shelf where my pizza was placed with the other orders that were ready. Who knows how long it was sitting there for.. They see I'm waiting, or maybe they really don't b/c they're that oblivious or indifferent, but instead of asking the one customer who's been waiting in the dining area if she was "Nina", they ask the solo male customer just walking in... So once they're done helping this other customer I tell them that that pizza was for me, I'm Nina. So he grabs my order, goes over to the computer and tries checking me out again. I already paid, and told him so! The girl had to come up and tell him that she did check me out already, but he was still hesitant on giving me my order, and wanted to ring me out again. The one reason I don't do delivery w/ them is b/c a $5.99 pizza turns out to be $30 dollars when all is said and done.. I ordered online for store pick up (ready by 3:10is). When I got there I was welcomed with happy employees who made my son feel like he was the most important person in the room! One gentleman ( I didn't get his name - shorter, tan, 35 years old - we talked about our age being similar), took the time to show my son how they make the pizzas and chatted with him like they were best friends. He then carried my order to my van b/c my hand is in a cast. We were only there for about 5-10 minutes but this gentleman made our night! Thank you for that! read more

She busted down the endless orders of pizza, while receiving a plethora of calls from an aggressive customer, which she handled very professionally. I had the absolute worst customer service from your manager Elizabeth at your 920 Enfield St, Enfield CT location. Clearly you can see they messed up my pickup order. Offer was to credit me for the missing garlic knots and $1 for the pizza since I used reward points but not credit my reward points back. Elizabeth wouldn't speak to me on the phone and the worker who was very courteous had to relay her messages until she finally came to the phone. I asked for them to deliver the correct pizza and Elizabeth said she'd have to charge me a delivery fee for fixing their mistake. I said that was unacceptable and she finally agreed to waive the delivery fee and hung up on me without getting my address. I had to call back, give the address, and I heard over the phone Elizabeth saying that she knew we were scamming them out of pizza. I told the guy on the phone that I was happy to send the pizza back. Delivery guy came I showed him the pizza, but he didn't have the garlic knots. I told him not to worry about it and apologized that he had to work for such a horrible manager. So I need garlic knots refunded, and preferably you can speak to the franchisee owner about what a horrible manager he has in Elizabeth and retrain her or fire her. I worked as a retail manager for well over 10 years and had I ever acted as unprofessional and rude to a customer I would've been fired. read more

I give this place 4 stars because the food is "good" and the quality is consistent every time I order (which is more than I would care to admit). I have tried the "other" chain in Enfield, and what arrived at my door looked like a Pepperoni Pizza that had been sitting on some hot asphalt for 10 hours rather than just having come out of the oven. Was given a 20-30 minute time window for my pizza to be delivered. 1 hour passes by so I call the store to check on my order, the person who answers the phone says that a new driver did his route wrong and it should be a few more minutes. Sadly my pizza didn't arrive for ANOTHER 20 minutes....... And it was luke warm. Called the next day and thankfully Rob was the closing manager on duty and was calm respectful understanding. People who work here doesn't pay attention to your order. This is the 3rd time happened to me. I always ask for a specific order and they make mistake. Today i ordered a thin crust extra cheese pineapple green peppers jalapeño toppings pizza.. They made me wait for 20 mins first than the pizza was wrong a pan pizza, they made another one with thin crust but all the wrong topping on it. At third time they got it right. So total waiting time was 45 mins. Apart from today whenever i have ordered a pizza weather they have burned it or made mistakes like above.. I dont know how they run a business..!! Got a Brooklyn style pizza!! Pie cut of course!! Red & white sauces mixed, asked if they could do that and they said they could!! Honestly the pie I got was nice and fresh, crispy and plenty of cheese and toppings (sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, Olive's) pie was piping hot when delivered, crispy and you could tell it was right out of the oven! Great, The lava chocolate crunch cakes are Wonderful and plain delicious. There is always the pizza fans and sub fans, but I like the boneless chicken wings. I recommend going to dominos with a Empty stomach because you'll want to get everything on the menu. I seriously wish I could give this Domino's NO STARS! Called the other night to order food because I worked later than usual. Apparently my location is 'Red Flagged' which, cool, I get it but don't attack me because I can't order online or through the app. The first woman we talked to refused to give us her name and was telling me it 'Wasn't her and problem that our app wasn't working...' I asked to speak to a manager and she refused and told me thay she was a manager while proceeding to hang up on me. My brother ended up calling back and speaking to someone else. The guy was rude as well but not as rude as the woman. He told us what deals they had and we ended up getting three medium one topping pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread and a two liter. When the delivery guy got here, we went to hand him a tip and he threw his hands up saying "Nah I'm good!" PERFECT!!!!! Next time I'll rather spend $40 in FROZEN PIZZAS!!!! read more

Being a business owner myself I am reluctant to write a poor review. But, I also believe when I receive a complaint its an opportunity to learn. After a day long softball tournament my daughter and I stopped at Dominos to use the restroom. We looked on the window before entering for a "no public restroom sign" and peeked in to see if there was one. We live an hour from that location and were desperate! I was dismayed to hear someone ask my daughter for the second time as I left the restroom if he could help her with her order-she replied "just waiting for my mom." He then asked me if he could help me with an order . I apologized and explained the situation. He stated the restroom was for customers only. In my opinion, every customer who enters your door IS a customer. The way you greet them and the respect you treat them with can make all the difference in whether or not they return. We are in this area twice a week and often order out-instead of gaining a customer you've lost one. read more

Ordered a pan pizza with two toppings. Sat and waited for it. Listened to a female employee in the back use the "F" word at least six times Got my pizza. Drove home. Opened it to find it was someone else's pizza. A completely different pizza. I called Dominoes. At first they wanted me to bring it back and exchange it for mine which was sitting there. After I told them I wasn't driving back, and some discussion between the employee and the manage, they decided to deliver the pizza to me and make the swap. It's sad when a customer has to sit and listen to vulgar language by an employee. You'd think there would be standards for behavior when customers are waiting. Or at least, the manager on duty should've spoken with the employee and told her to "clean up her mouth". read more

Order pizza today three to be exact and they were just horrible. All three weren't cooked the dough was still raw, cheese not even melted and the meat was still raw. Just horrible. I've ordered before and had some issue but nothin that a quick 5 mins in the oven couldn't fix. This is by far the worst my pizza has ever been. I shouldn't have to drive to the location to return THREE pizzas and double check the new pizzas are good.
