First time coming here, and I was excited. It's like of like a chipotle/subway for panini's. When we arrived, the line was very long but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the line moved. I like that they have selections to choose from as well as a build your own option. I got a large steak & Swiss and added some additional toppings. It was delicious and flavorful. Not the best sandwich I've ever had but still very satisfying. My buddy got the Santa fe and didn't say a word the whole time he ate so I'd say he liked it. Stopped in grab a sandwich to go. Place was busy but not crowded and looks like a key spot for locals. The concept is similar to other build your own - but here it is Paninis and Wraps, along with soups and salads. Pick your bread and add in meats, cheeses and fresh veggies - then they grill it on the press for you. Service was prompt and staff friendly, as we chose grilled chicken, mozzarella, grilled mushrooms spinach and a little olive oil for a super healthy meal. Was delicious. Prices have gone up, so expect a price hike. Delicious sandwich for a quick stop to satisfy the hunger crave and pangs. The size of sandwich for price did disappoint me, but the quality of the food made it worth it. I really can't complain. With several preexisting health factors that make Covid 19 particularly dangerous for me, I stick to eateries which offer takeout. The easier the process, the better for me. I love that with Hot Table, I can order from my app, pay, and my husband can do a quick, masked pop-in to pick up the order. Also helpful? We order at slow times of day. Very limited contact with others. (Tho tbh I really miss eating out.) Our most recent order consisted of two favorites: Me--the Santa Fe salad. Oh, all of the items I love (fire roasted corn! black beans! jalapeños! pepper jack cheese! bits of tortilla chips! and more...) tossed with the maybe best dressing on earth, Chipotle Ranch. The Subway model of food preparation is really spreading out. You can go Subway style Mexican (Chipotle or Moe's), or Subway style Korean (Pick and Mix), and now Subway style paninis where you move down the ordering line, have your panini built to your specs, and watch it grilled before your eyes. I ran up to Enfield during lunch today to photograph the town's historical marker, and I consulted Yelp for a lunch spot - Hot Table popped up. I hadn't been there before, or for that matter, I had never heard of it before. The main portion of the space is a long rectangle, with a row of high boy tables and a parallel row of conventional tables. The long ordering counter has customers start at one end of the line, consult the many menu boards on the wall, then select either a standard panini from their many choices or you can custom craft one to your own liking. The sandwiches come in 3 sizes, I orderd a small Chicken Cuban. I had a choice of bread, either a round kaiser-like roll or a square (thinner) ciabatta. I shaved some calories by choosing the ciabatta and skipping the mayo. My sandwich came with roasted chicken, shaved ham, spicy mustard, swiss cheese, and pickles. I asked them to add some fresh jalapenos and that was no issue. As you slide down the ordering line, you get passed from a bread set-up person, to a sandwich assembly person to the grill guy who pops your creation on the panini press. I added a cup of mushroom soup which the grill guy also took care off. My lunch was about nine and a half bucks. The sandwich was great, and the "small" was very satisfying. Nice grilled roll, plenty of chicken, a little ham, good mustard, cheese, pickles and great jalapenos. It was really a good sandwich. The soup did not impress. The only good thing I could say was that it was piping hot. But it was weak, thin, watery, missing a lot of taste. Truth be told, the mushroom soup I get from Aramark at my company cafeteria buried this one by a lot. So all in all, I liked Hot Table and their originality. I'll skip the soup next time. read more

I've been here several times, and the best thing about this place is how awesome the staff is. They're always so friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and there are lots of toppings so you can really customize your sandwich. I don't normally frequent or review chains, but the staff really makes this place great. The one con I have is I can't tip when ordering through the ap, I believe I can't when using a card at the register either. I placed a lunch order today and had very little cash on me. Having access to two different types of Hot Tables in Glastonbury and Enfield they both have their pros and cons. What I like about the location in Enfield, it has more space for seating if you want to stay there and enjoy your warm sandwich. There are so many choices that you won't be trying the same thing for a while and even when you get the same thing you can add so much to your sandwich making it more to fit you. Love having even a small sandwich and having that pretty much fill me up. With the addition of chips or soup you'll pretty much be full when you wake out. The self service drink station range from standard sodas to different types of teas and lemonades. You can mix those up to see what is good for you or you can grab a bottle of seltzer if that more your taste. I would say that during the lunch and dinner rush it can get long but they are pretty quick getting people through. The parking could be better since it shares itself with a bank and sometimes people forget how to drive well. All in all I enjoy the place especially on Tuesdays for their two punch Tuesdays for a free sandwich after getting all the punches. You'll find me there often grabbing a bite during work and maybe I just won't go back to the office. read more

I like their selection of cheeses, and the venue space is nice and clean but getting a hot sandwich to go here is a bad idea. I would suggest eating inside! My sister wolfed hers down in the car on the way home, and by the time we got there mine was soggy and slid apart! Not the best sandwich but it was still tasty. Chicken pesto & the chipotle cheesesteak seemed to be the popular choices. You are able to get a "frequent flier" card and have it punched by the cashier. I believe it's buy 6 get one free? Paninis come in 3 sizes are are definitely more expensive than your typical Subway but the taste far exceeds the chains. I got the cheeseburger panini and the hubby got the Turkey club panini. But as mentioned if you preplan, you can skip the awful lines during rush hours. This restaurant is overall clean every time I go. I love, love, love Hot Table, specifically this one. The service is always friendly and go as quick as they can go. They are patient with you when you can't quite decide what you want. At some point my coworkers and I were going in every Tuesday for double punch days, so it was really cool when some of the staff started knowing our orders before we even said anything. Their lemonade is to die for. Only reasons I'm giving it 4 stars are because I wish they had a little more dining in space and because the soup recipes could be improved. Management of Enfield Hot Table I encourage you to call your Toast plug and have them adjust your prompted tip percentages, immediately. I believe I was prompted with 10%, 15% as my choices. If you are in Enfield, Hot Table is a really solid option for lunch. Hot Table is located just off the main drag in a very accessible location on Freshwater Boulevard. Parking is more than sufficient, even on a busy weekend. The menu at Hot Table is clearly targeted towards lunch, with a variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups. There is some flexibility in the menu items, as you can choose size and toppings. The offerings are quite good. I've tried some of the chicken and steak options, and all tasted good and were well-made. The sundried tomato chicken and classic turkey are especially good. My college friend in Springfield and I went out for lunch last week. When deciding on a place, she mentioned Hot Table because all of her teacher friends love it. Once I went on Yelp and saw the deal (and the wonderful reviews), I told her we were going and I was glad we did. For $6, the Yelp deal got you a $12 voucher. Both of us purchased one. It was perfect because it paid for a small panini and salad combo and a while chocolate iced coffee. Hot Table is not cheap so it would be very foolish NOT to buy a Yelp deal. I was going to get the Sundried Tomato Chicken, but when I saw another customer's steak panini being made front of me, I had to change to a Black & Blue steak panini and got a Mediterranean side salad. The steak shavings were juicy, tender, and lean. My friend enjoyed her Swiss Steak Mushroom melt and Greek salad. What was wonderful about Hot Table was they were able to make whatever you wanted. All the ingredients were fresh and everything was assembled in front of you. I believed I even saw kale! : ) I got a salad because I wanted to be sensible. If I had to do it again, I would get a large panini because it was that good. Get there early. My friend and I got there at 11:30 a.m. and by noon, there was a big line. Hot Table used to be good until they started messing up orders. We just ordered 2 paninis from the Enfield location on the phone, I had to explain to them how I wanted my sandwiches multiple times. When we got back home we went to eat and the order was wrong. They didn't put any cheese on a steak and cheese (ITS A STEAK AND CHEESE, HOW DO YOU FORGET THE DAM CHEESE). Then on the second one they forgot the extra side of ranch and didn't put mozzarella on it, when I explained I wanted mozzarella instead of blue cheese. It seems like they don't care about making the sandwiches how you want them. I repeated myself multiple times and still got it wrong.
