Again I made the mistake of ordering for future delivery. At 2:30 PM I ordered for delivery at 5:30. It is now 6:05 and it just arrived.....barely warm. Their tracker on the app said it departed for delivery at 5:23. Called the store at 5:45 and was told that the tracker is inaccurate and a few other lame excuses. I have never had more unprofessional, terrible service from another dominos in my life. We were told it was going to take a hour, understandable being busy, but when a hour and a half came by I called. The person that answered said that someone made a call saying my order was going to take to long so they canceled my order. This was not the case. When asked what they could do to correct the issue the managers response was basically nothing because I got moved to the back of the line again. I have never been more disappointed with a establishment when it comes to customer service. read more

We had a problem with using the app because it was just after 11:00 P.M., so we walked into the store. Server 4406 helped us by taking it all down as my son read it to him. Then he saved us some money by applying one of their coupons we had forgotten about. They had it ready in less than the 20-minute estimated time. It was made just right. Every time I order a delivery order it gets here in a surprisingly quick time. I highly recommend home delivery from the Fallon NV restaurant. The folks taking your order all the way thru to the delivery person is very helpful and polite. The pizza and bread sticks were made perfectly to my wishes my order was delivered hot. Very good. Completely disappointed in Dominos. I did a carry out order this evening only to get home and find out that the pizza was incorrect. I called them to let them know of their screw up and was put on hold for a combination of over 15 min for the second manager to tell me that they guess they can make a new pizza and not charge for it, but refused to deliver it to me. read more

never had a problem with this location, delivery is quick, delivery person is friendly, and the order was always correct. this place is just like every dominos I've ever had and in my book, that's a good thing. I don't always order take out pizza but when I do, I like knowing what to expect. read more

MY Daughter was babysitting and had $20 for dinner. She hates Pizza so she ordered wings and cinnamon twists. She was told it would be an hour, and 16.00 total. when her actual total came out to be 31.00 she was scared of not being able to pay, and called me. I told her to cancel the order. She called back and was told it was too late the order was out for delivery. I know Dominoes is fast but that's ridiculous not even 10 minutes later and it's already out for delivery. I called the store and asked for the manager. I got some kid and she insisted it was my daughters fault. They said she ordered a pizza as well, and that she had donated 5 dollars to St. Jude's. The donation was correct but the pizza was a mistake. They insisted it was my daughter who messed up, so I asked for the owners information so I could contact him/her. The "Manager" said "Call whoever you want". Bad Business Dominoes. I won't be ordering form them any more. read more

It is just really disappointing. The pizza is not very good. The last time I got something from dominos it looked like a deformed baby was thrown in the oven, and burnt. The taste is also similar to what i imagin one to taste like. Don't go here. read more

In the case of this dominos location. I would have to say that they may want to keep people like......I don't know.....Steve ,nameably ...away from the food. He rarely gets an order right. There was a time when a company took pride in its ability to serve customers a consistent product, the only consistency in the product at this location is that it is consistently wrong. After bringing it to the attention of the manager , I didn't even get offered a refund for the toppings I never got, (Feels a little like theft) when I said I'd go to pizza hut she didn't even try to recover on behalf of her company, who like many others need to spend more money on training and auditing, and less on coming out with new configurations for cheese bread sauce and meat. Ill wait to see if they care enough to respond if not ill continue to post unsavory but accurate updates. read more

I ordered a hawaiian pizza. It was good, and the order was accurate as I had some additional items. The delivery was lightning fast, which pleasantly surprised me. The driver was pleasant and friendly. I will order again from Domino's in Fallon. read more

I've never had any problems with dominos before. Today I called to order a delivery and the guy on the phone was fairly polite. As soon as I said the delivery was for the naval base his tone changed completely. He was automatically very rude. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be an hour and a half before my order arrived...I understand that the base isn't right there in town and it takes roughly ten minutes to get over there but you would think that if you're working in customer service you could be a little more polite. Especially to those who are working on the base and helping protect your country. It's ok if you don't like the military but we are people too and deserve the same respect as other customers. The order showed up an hour and a half later as the guy said and the delivery guy was nice so hopefully he gets to keep the whole tip. read more

I love the Domino's here in Fallon! The food hasn't ever been bad in my time however their recent hiring of a delivery driver has me worried! I have had this delivery driver a few times and always tipped him well. The last time he came, it just slipped my mind. Now as he was leaving my store, he turned around and asked if I wanted to leave him a tip. Not only was it awkward, but it was just rude. He was driving a nice new jeep and had no issue talking about that car but evidently my one time I slipped and forgot the tip, I made an awful mistake. No thank you the first few times but a bit of a scolding the last. Definitely hope he isn't there to stay. read more
