Be careful ordering delivery. This location has cancelled two of my orders in the past month and they refuse to give me a refund. $60 dollars down the drain and no pizza. I've contacted corporate but they haven't responded or done anything about it. It's really frustrating when you've had a hard day, order a pizza for the night and the store cancels on you. They call saying your refund will come in 5-7 days. it's been 3 weeks since the first cancelation. Can I at least get my money back? read more

Many of the negative reviews are from the privileged young kids straight out of high school who are part of the generation that thinks they deserve everything. Complaining about plates? Get up and get a napkin yourself instead of waiting or go to the DFAC. I just finished AIT and I have commend these Dominos workers not only for busting their rears but especially dealing with immature 18 AIT students every day. I have ordered from here a couple times from delivery to pick-up they are on point. I placed an order on Fort Gordon Domino's pizza and the person that was taking the order from me over the phone was extremely rude. When I went to go pick up my order, I asked for the manager they call him Max I believe the name on his nametape said Maxwell I told him the incident and how the same young lady had taken my order previously and was rude as well. He seemed super unbothered and told me if that was it. If that was all I needed him for. I am beyond disappointed in Domino's, that your employees will treat customers in a military post that way. This Domino's location is infuriating. I've ordered from them 10 times and they have gotten my order correct maybe once, and I'm assuming that was an accident. I ordered the chicken side of the kicker hot sauce. I got the chicken with no sauce. I called to tell them they messed up and they ask me, "would you like us to bring you the sauce?" No I called to tell you I wanted my chicken plain, yes bring me the sauce. It took them an hour to get me the sauce. Also I truly believe their pizza cutter is broken and they can't afford to fix it because my pizza is never cut. Like never. I live like two miles from this location and somehow my food is always cold. The only reason they're still in business is because they're on post. My friend asked me if I wanted to play dominos with him and it made me think of this particular Domino's location and I was instantly enraged and yelled at him. Not a bad place to order food, but because it's inside the IET(Initial Entry Training)-Center it's usually packed with Junior enlisted soldier. The reason for this is that this is the only place for them to hang out and order food and watch television on the weekends. So, it can get overly crowded at times. But, if you can get passed that it's an okay place to get your food from. A good plus to this place they deliver up until 10pm, which is nice if you're pulling an all night shift. read more

Just your typical dominoes. Except they don't care about their customers. The food was fine. But I went to ask for a couple plates because any other dominoes I've ever been to has had them. Even the fact that they didn't have them wasn't a huge deal. It was the complete hatred and attitude in which the answer to my question was given. Along with that I was standing there an employee in the back looked at me then kept folding boxes. Like customers don't matter more then folding boxes. So I wait another minute for him to start and complete another couple boxes wondering when he might think, " hey there is a customer. Maybe I should talk to them. " but no. So I hit the buzzer. And someone from farther back in the store walks past the one folding boxes. Then I ask if I can have a couple plates. He looks at me like I am the stupidest person in the world before saying rapidly we don't have plates. Such a little thing.
