Terrible. I've been coming to this location for about 4 years. Dealt with a few attitudes and cold food. After today, I'm done. I placed an order for pizza, cinna stix, and Parmesan garlic bread. When the order arrived, it came with pizza, two cinna stix and instead of Parmesan garlic. Called the store, and told them. Driver ended up bringing back ANOTHER CINNA Stix! Lack of attention and detail at its finest. SMH. The good thing out of this, I wasn't received with an attitude. This is the worst Domino's franchise in Maryland. The employees are either blind or completely mute, they don't acknowledge customers when they walk in, avoid eye contact, and keep their heads down until customers give up waiting for service. Orders are frequently incorrect, dipping sauces paid for are almost always missing, and they often lose orders, blaming the tracker for inaccuracies while making customers wait even longer. The pizzas are consistently burned and lack toppings. Recently, after repeated delays and false promises, I requested a refund rather than waste more time waiting. Not only was the refund never credited to my account or credit card, but my rewards points were also deducted. This was the last time I'll order from this unreliable, incompetent franchise with terrible customer service. I will be contacting corporate to escalate these issues. read more

Ordered on the app at 10:30 am for an 11:45 delivery. On the app said driver left the store at 12:01. A little late but not terrible. As time went on and nobody showed I attempted to call the store. Finally someone answered and said he was on his own and the driver would be there in 8 minutes. I was buying lunch for a bunch of hungry workers. By 1:45 no pizza ever arrived and never a call m, text or apology. Then the app said my pizza was delivered??? Called the store again it took several calls before anyone would answer. He said the driver left the pizzas on the doorstep???? I though I was ordering dominos not door dash. Finally he cancelled the order and could no have been ruder. Stay away from this dominos. The guy with the dreads was very polite. It seemed like he was doing everything. Making pizzas, putting the pizza in the oven, taking orders, and working the register. I took the pizza because I didn't wanna be rude. His customer service was good. THE PIZZA ITSELF WAS HORRIBLE AND I DO MEAN HORRIBLE. It was the worse pizza I've had. We watched as our pizza reached over an hour and a half late as we ordered at 7:54 and didn't get the pizza until 9:30.... and yet the store would not answer our call to talk about why the pizza was late. We are 8 minutes from the store and still inconvenienced. Upon receiving it - COLD. I order pizza for my kids from this location a few times every month, and I we never have an issue. The first time we had a slight issue was last week, when they sent us a pepperoni pizza and we had ordered just extra cheese. I'm teaching my girls to just roll with the punches of life instead of complaining (as long as it's a minor inconvenience), so we didn't call the store to fix the error. A few minutes after we were delivered the wrong pizza, i received an email from Domino's letting me know that "we messed up, here's a free pizza offer". The last time, toppings and sauce I paid for were missing and when I called to complain, I was told that I can't receive a refund and I wasn't given the opportunity to speak with the manager. This was the closest Domino's to me which. I prefer Papa johns or Ledos, but they were offering half off all pizzas. Now that's a deal you cannot pass on. I plug it into my GPS and made my way. This place is literally in the cut, blink twice and you'd miss it for sure. I ordered online 15 mins. before I arrived. Got there and my food still wasn't ready. Waited, waited, waited... after about 20 mins I asked if my order was ready and conveniently they forgot about me. Perfect!!! My food had been sitting there. The pizza was good but between the lack of customer service and wait time I don't care what specials they're offering I won't be returning. read more

Horrible service! I would leave 0 stars if I could! The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesy bread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn't even separate the food from it. (In the photos, I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungry toddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was still willing to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It's insane that they screwed up, but in order to fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take my business elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actually feel valued as a customer. read more

Today was actually a good day dealing with this Dominos. My preggo sis in law wanted it, that's the only reason I ordered from here today. We got the 2 for $5.99 deal. I normally hate Dominos pizza but this time it was actually ok. However, the wings were not that great. They literally fried some wings then drowned them in BBQ sauce. They just poured the sauce over the wings, not great. Also, the wings were fatty ugh. Unfortunately the (2) two liters and 5 dipping sauces that I ordered were not delivered. I noticed the soda was missing immediately and contacted the store and was told it would be brought back. A few minutes later I called back and was on hold for 12 minutes then disconnected, called back and sat on hold for another 13 minutes before getting disconnected. I am currently on hold and the timer is at 44 minutes!! This is ridiculous. My pizza has been sitting for about an hour at this point while I am trying to resolve this issue and waiting for my sodas to return. I do not recommend ordering from here. Ordered three pizzas, arrived early and glad I did. Store gave one of my pizzas to the gentleman in front of me who diligently took it to the counter next to me opened it, looked inside and discover it wasn't what he ordered. Returning it to the counter they sent him on his way with the correct pizza but shelved the one he gave back under my other two. When I was call up next I told them I would take the two that hadn't been opened but pushed back the one that was returned and told them why. They seemed puzzled and confused. They checked my name and my order and return the same pizza to me. I explained further that I saw them get it returned from the guest before me that had opened it and asked how could they serve it to me after it had been given away, opened and returned? They just stared blankly like there was nothing wrong with that. Finally they said they would remake if but then I thought since they don't see a problem with their actions I'd be better off with a refund. After they took their time with it, they refunded that pie and I left with the other two. Who knows what else there do there when they are not caught and confronted?
