When they ARE open, you'll enter to someone staring at you with a blank face 99% of the time. No greeting, no smile, no interest in you being there really. I guess I get it, I was once a high schooler/college student working food service, but they have 0 interest in you coming up to that counter and asking for ANYTHING. the person at the register unplugs the phone so nobody can call in to place orders. it only happens when this particular employee works and I mean everytime they work. then when you go the restaurant she will charge you and never put the order into the cook so you will sitting there waiting for nothing her response is that she/he not the cook. The wings are always on point. i do enjoy being able to dress up my fries how I like. I get my fries with ketchup, old bay sauce and if they have it a little lemon pepper seasoning. I can't speak for anyone else but I've been a customer here for years and they have never disappointed me regarding food or customer service even when they were busy. I always call ahead might I add. Quick and dirty (the review not the...well anyway) Yesterday - I had the 10 wings fried hard (as requested) with two sauces - honey garlic and hot teriyaki. Three and a half stars generously rounded up to four. This is a hard place to rate because the wing flavor I tried were very good. I had the barbecue sauced wings, the Buffalo medium hot, and the honey lemon pepper. Those damn honey lemon pepper are my flavor for 2020. Sweet, salty, sour, with some heat. I asked for them to be well done and they were cooked exactly how I like them: crispy outside with juicy meat inside. Over multiple visits I have also had the steak and cheese which was good, and fries which were not good even though they are the crinkled cut ones I like. I have not had the fried fish which looked good when another customer ordered it. Also, the menu says they have gyros but I did not see lamb meat rotating on the vertical rotisserie while being sliced to order so I will pass. The customer service was just acceptable, not nice but not rude. The speed was good. The prices are reasonable. The place looks and feels clean for a carry out wing spot. The major criticism is the Restaurant Depot or Sam's Club blue cheese they use. I never understand why wing places insist on using subpar blue cheese. Take a play from Ricky Rosy's Wing Stop and upgrade the blue cheese, please. Three and a half stars, generously rounded to four for the very good wings, especially the honey lemon pepper. Not sure I'll be back. The customer service was the highlight for me. The young lady was so cordial but I wish I could say the same for my food. I only ordered wings and fries playing it safe for my first time. Even though my food was hot , everything was bland and slightly burnt. My wings were fried hard ( not that I asked for them to be) but no flavor and my fries were burnt like they were sitting for a while. I've had better at local carry outs. WINGS 21 Partners with GRUBHUB: I would not suggest even one star to rate what I went through to place a single dinner order online; attached a $10 tip; searched for delivery time; learned that the order was NOT available for delivery but for pickup. The GRUBUB Support telephone number was readily availablele and they were, "sorry, but the restaurant refuses a refund." That is not what the restaurant replied. WINGS 21 said that it is GRUBHUB that is to refund monies for the order. I had no idea that this establishment did not deliver, but who is to blame for accepting an order with a tip attached for delivery, and does NOT alert the customer of a visible error on intake. A while ago i called and ordered 30 lemon pepper wings for pick up i went to the store she opened the box to present them and i took them home without even realizing they were honey lemon pepper wings which i tried but i did not like at all. I called back and explained the mishap i think we both honestly just made a mistake i should've checked the box more and she heard honey but neverthless she was so gracious and helpful when i called back. Soooooooooooo I decided to try this place out tonight on my way to work & boyyyy was I disappointed! I ordered the grilled tilapia, grilled shrimp and dirty rice...my food was bland. The wings are OK. However, good customer service can help anything taste better. That is not the case for this location. I stopped by after work to pick up some wings for the family. I really didn't feel like cooking. I specifically ask that the wings be cooked well done, but not overly crispy (where the meat under the skin is dry). Well, you can only imagine how unhappy the crew was when I got home and they bit into the wings and they were overcooked! So, I took my chance and called and the young lady was of no help. She said their was nothing she could do. I am not going to say don't try this spot out. Price are pretty similar to every other wing place, the hush puppies were really good theirs really no big price difference from the 6 piece to the 12 piece so opt for the 12 piece i wish I did, and they make them the way i like them with the sweet corn kernels in them YUMMY, the shrimp are good wish the gave more in the the platter, and the wing COOKED perfectly , I stop going to WINGSTOP because the would overcook the wings till they were so hard, i started getting just flats and they were burning the hell out of those as well, so I said the hell with that place , looked for another place and I think I may have found it. read more

Wangs! When you need a quick bite, and dont feel like cooking this is a good place to hit up. They have a pretty diverse menu, but honestly I can't imagine eating something other than wings at a place called Wings 21. Seems like an epic set up to me but to each their own. I have tried the jerk, garlic parmesan, and old bay, so far so good. They have all been pretty good. My favorite of them all is the garlic parmesan. The prices are reasonable I suppose. We normally order the 20 wing combo, with that many wings, they really need to give you more fries. Call ahead, or order online to avoid the wait, because it can get crowded. read more

My daughter and I went to this place yesterday for the first time. The server was super friendly and helpful. Our order was prepared perfectly. My daughter got the honey BBQ wings and fries. Both were delicious. I got the salad with a piece of fried whiting fish. The salad was so fresh and the fish was seasoned and fried very well. I called over the phone and placed my order which included HONEY lemon pepper wings. The person taking the order was not the friendliest but hey , I let that go. When she called my order back to me she said lemon pepper wings, I immediately corrected her and she said ok. I get home open my meal and it's lemon pepper wings which I do not like. Ran into this spot as a last resort on this windy day. I got dirty rice and lemon pepper/garlic parm wings. The rice wasn't "dirty", more like curry mixed into white rice. The wings were as expected, mediocre. America's best wings definitely has this place beat. For $15 I could have went to Outback and gotten wings there instead.
